Self-defense after the surgery as early as the middle of the 18 th century in European and American countries began to spread,and by the year 1905,the first work of self-defense,to around in the 1990 of the 20 th century,self defense self defense course in some colleges and universities in Europe and America,and after in the 21 st century, self defense self defense courses developed into the State required courses in colleges and universities in Europe and America.And China on self-defence self-defense operation courses of research and universal more late,until 20 th century 70,and 80 generation yihou is related of research,publicity and universal work also only slowly expand,which of woman self-defense operation courses more is until 21 st century is by attention,again coupled with for women even is female students of crime case increasingly frequently,so,in China General University in the carried out security and self-defence self-defense courses has to has critical,this is trend.This study from social and school needs and female college students ’ needs,based on the realities,using literature,expert interviews,questionnaires and logical analysis,research methods,analyses the current status of women’s self defense courses,based on demonstrated General women’s self defense courses in colleges and universities of our country feasibility and necessity.According to the College curriculum documents,combined with the existing literature data and survey data,curriculum guidelines for women’s self defense courses,course objectives,content,teaching methods and evaluation,were constructed.Studies show that:1 At present,Chinese women’s self-defense courses in general colleges and universities development status is not satisfactory,most of the students have not learned the female self-defense. At the same time,college women’s self-defense class does not have a unified teaching materials,close to half of the school textbooks are used in teaching,the self teaching ability is also weak.2 Teachers as curriculum construction,the lack of female self-defense course system of master,the teaching level is uneven. From the point of view of teacher’s professional background,the female self-defense class teachers have relevant teaching skills,but lack for professional training,systematic and scientific.3 Students learning the female self-defense courses mainly in order to grasp self-defense skills and enhance the health,the previous curriculum lack for teaching, curriculum content and female college students’ expectations content does not match.4 Most colleges and universities not on the female self-defense course of system construction,is affiliated in the martial arts class,a kickboxing class courses,teaching only the technical teaching,the choice of teaching content has great randomness. At the same time,the importance of school leadership is low,the desire of the curriculum construction is small,and the investment of the site equipment is very little.Therefore,this recommendation:1 In the decision-making of the leadership layer should be based on the needs of the society,starting from the actual needs of the students,attaches great importance to women’s self-defense and the course of construction work,are setting up women’s self-defense and the course of colleges and universities,should strengthen the construction of the scientific and systematic curriculum.2 Women’s self defense curriculum construct should be property belonging to the category of safety education,and not only is the technology of motor learning, therefore,its curriculum guidelines should include "security" and "sport" two kinds of properties and security should be higher than the goal of sport,at the same time,by means of physical education safety education purposes.3 In the choice of teaching material,using self compiled textbooks,and then select the principle of unified teaching materials; in the teaching contents should be to avoid the traditional simple technique teaching,the theoretical knowledge and technical ability to complement each other; in teaching methods should be more from a practical point of view,consider students need,based on the development of the society,the application value of the Internet and mobile tools play,serve for the teaching.In the female self-defense courses in the classroom by the scene setting strategy,scheme,induction, summarize the patterns,actively promote open,inquiry based classroom atmosphere.4 The female self-defense course is mainly for violent crime and harmful to body safety education curriculum. Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the techniques,the improvement of strategy,resourcefulness and other software.
