Competition Between Sports Team Members Under The Situation Of Trust, Communication And Team Effectiveness And Their Relationship

Team operation process optimization and performance improvement depends on the various team members. In these actions, the operation of the trust and communication is a very important process variables. Trust and communication between team members is the team the important factor for the formation of healthy, good team atmosphere. In the high level sports team, the team trust is the foundation of the communication and cooperation among the members of the team effectiveness is the sports development status, development level and athletic performance. In sports training and sports competition practice, we often find that because the trust,communication between athletes produced many reasons such as team members in some problems in the process of interactive activities, and thus affect the training and competition performance. Between situation especially in the competition, the athletes and encourage them between the coach and the team performance, characteristics of its communication and trust will be more prominent.In order to describe and explain the game this specific situation, sports level of trust and communication between the team members influence on team effectiveness, in this paper, using the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and other methods for athletes in the trust, communication, team performance measurement of each dimension to the analysis of trust, communication between team members and performance levels, relationship of trust, communication and team effectiveness is analyzed and its effects on athletic performance. Through the research on the formation of a good team atmosphere and team culture construction is of great significance. The main research conclusions are as follows:1 Competition situation, sports teams and interact between teammates and coachesare task oriented. Under the guidance of goal orientation, on the premise of meeting basic needs to form the internal motivation, then show the positive behavior orientation.2 Different age paragraph the athletes in the trust, communication and team performance dimensions exist significant difference; Gender in trust, communication and team effectiveness dimension there is no significant difference. Research shows that different ages of the athletes’ trust level, as the growth of the age, to trust his teammates and coaches will reduce, this are not consistent with the result of sports scholars in the field of study. So in the sports team management should pay more attention to psychological characteristics and behavior of the athletes at different age.3 Different project athletes exist significant differences in trust, communication,dimensions, there was no significant difference on team effectiveness dimension;Personal training duration of dimensions exist significant differences in communication,and there was no significant difference in terms of trust and team performance. Athletes with different levels of motion perception to team effectiveness exists significant difference. So in the building of the team trust managers take into account differences in different project teams, coaches and athletes communicate closely with project characteristics and fixed number of year of individual training, pay close attention to different levels the athletic performance of athletes.4 According to the survey team trust and communication at the 0.01 level significantly correlated, and trust in each dimension(emotional trust, cognitive trust)significantly affect the team communication(p = 0.000 < 0.05). This suggests that the sports level of trust between team members is directly related to the realization of good communication.5 In competitive sports team, team trust, communication was associated with a significant effectiveness at the 0.01 level, respectively, and cognitive trust and affective trust significantly influence team effectiveness(p = 0.000 < 0.05); Every dimension of communication(communication media, communication frequency, task-oriented communication and emotional communication, communication, feedback) significantly influence team effectiveness(p = 0.000 < 0.05). Competition situation, team members’ trust, communication, has the special significance, and the effect in different degree anddirection of team effectiveness, both not exist independently, but the contact and influence each other.6 In the process of the athletes, the execution of tactics, which they need tactics and behavior of the communication between the athlete can achieve enough trust.Especially in the key period of time, enough trust to ensure and promote a particular key or special technique scheme and the realization of the behavior, the desired performance.7 Game situation team members competitive behavior reflect the different characteristics of trust and communication, between players and the coaches in the game with the aid of gestures, eye contact, facial expressions, in the form of physical contact and the tacit understanding of tactical information interaction, communication and trust that affect team effectiveness.
