Migrant workers in our country is a peasant worker populations, for a long time, they are in urban construction and economic development give strong support, but part of them children could only stay in rural areas, become left behind children in rural areas. Rural left behind children’s education, often say often new, researchers do a lot of meaningful work, and the achievements are very significant, but left behind in rural areas children’s academic research there are still many deficiencies, such as research visual angle is unitary, the study of extreme conclusion, countermeasures form. Therefore, it is necessary to the rural left behind children’s academic status recognition, in order to better improve and solve the problem.The research to system theory as the basis, on rural left behind children’s academic system for comprehensive analysis, and then use questionnaires, interviews and data analysis method of Yunnan Province Jianshui County Panjiang Central Primary School left behind children’s academic status of empirical research, in-depth understanding of they in learning interest, habit, attitude, motivation and learning achievement. The study found that Jianshui County Panjiang Central Primary School left behind children learning achievement general difference than non left behind children; secondly, father and mother are out of work family, their children’s academic performance is relatively poor; study found, migrant worker parents of left behind children’s academic development has potential adverse effects, a small number of left behind children in parents of migrant workers after loss interest in learning, learning habits, lazy, and appear the phenomenon of decline in academic performance.Jianshui County Panjiang Central Primary School left behind children academic problems is the result of family factors, school factors, social factors, educational resources allocation and left behind children academic psychological interaction, therefore, Jianshui County Panjiang Central Primary School left behind children’s academic problems need all-round, multi angle to solve:First, suggested that the guardian in family education priority to meet the physiological needs of children, encourage the implementation of education, pay attention to psychological counseling, and to enhance the learning guidance and supervision of the work; secondly, school education in the rural left behind children make mistakes when to rational criticism and education, the school should create a good learning environment, while strengthening home school links; community to left to give children more love and attention, and actively play the function of community education.
