Abstract/Summary:
Since the beginning of 1990 s,with the emergence of a new group of children left behind in rural areas,the number of left behind children in rural areas in China is increasing.Left behind children in rural areas are mainly inter generational care and custody of the two generation type,there are more or less physical and psychological conditions cannot be met,making the rural left-behind children increasingly prominent problem.Academic research on rural left behind children's demand is rare.In this study,with professional social work theory,the use of group work skills and professional concept of social work,to interpersonal left-behind children from the perspective of the inquiry approach to meet the needs of the children's interpersonal relationships and methods of rural left behind in practice,to explore a set of relatively complete rural left-behind children interpersonal service solutions for the future development of rural left-behind children needs service to provide specific operational guidance,promote the growth of children left in rural areas.This project selected 36 rural left behind children in rural primary school in Hubei,Enshi Province as a case study.Through the survey found that the left behind children in rural areas in a sense of security,interpersonal communication,self growth and other aspects of strong demand.In view of the difficulties and needs of the left behind children in rural areas,this study adopts the growth group model.The growth group refers to the growth of the group members in the group to promote their growth and change in social life.Because the rural left-behind children widespread fear of dealing with people and are eager for friends,with the development of people as the core design team activities,this approach is conducive to the integration of social work among team members and mutual recognition,support and encourage each other,effectively promote the members of the self growth and promote each other,improve interpersonal skills,and achieve to enhance self-confidence,to adapt to social change effect.Through the assessment of the state of Enshi H Primary School of rural left-behind children interpersonal communication project and the summary,found inthe social work practice team work practices in satisfy the needs of children left in rural areas with good effect,formed a relatively complete set of rural left-behind children service plan,the feasibility is strong,has the demonstration and promotion effect,to emulate and reference.This study selected area and population has certain limitations,in actual operation,still need to be combined with the actual situation of different regions and people,to carry out targeted social work activities,so as to better play to the social work of the theory and practice of combining utility.
