In recent years, with the development of economic globalization, internationalization of education has promoted and developed. With the strategy of "the Belt and Road" development, Yunnan natural unique geographical advantages attract a large number of foreign students. The number of South Asia, Southeast Asia international students increases a lot, and universities in Yunnan and Southeast Asia, South Asia countries has obvious effect on education cooperation and exchange. Increased with the enlargement of the number of students, education cooperation, at the same time, the foreign student education in Yunnan cultural soft power plays a more and more important role, the foreign student education may improve the service quality of Yunnan higher education service quality system construction, as well as improve international competitiveness of higher education in Yunnan. To serve the "the Belt and Road" strategy, to promote the internationalization strategy, it is better to focus on Southeast Asia, South Asia international students education requirements, the factors affecting them, the degree of satisfaction and achievement.This paper takes Southeast Asia, South Asia students as the research objects, analyzes foreign students study demands, emphasizes that student’s study abroad activity is based on their own choices, and finds out how Yunnan’s universities attract and serve for foreign students. Meanwhile, this paper combines the theory of "SERVQUAL and SERVPERF" evaluation system, research on International student satisfaction, and the factors influencing satisfaction, in order to improve foreign education service quality in Yunnan.Through the research on Southeast Asia and South Asia students in Yunnan University, Yunnan Normal University, Kunming University of Science and Technology, Yunnan Minzu University, Yunnan Finance and Economics University, Kunming medical college, I found that factors were teaching activity, location and reputation, logistic satisfaction, tuition and funding, foreign students’management, and these five factors are positive evaluation, degree of satisfaction of a significant positive correlation with the study abroad recommendation intention, study abroad to harvest a significant positive correlation with satisfaction. Southeast Asia, South Asia students study demand and satisfaction are different, and as for teaching activities satisfaction and satisfaction study abroad fees, southeast Asian students is higher than the south Asian students.In order to improve the Southeast Asia, South Asia international students education service quality, this paper puts forward the construction of international strategy goal, respect students intercultural communication and adaptation, adhere to the personalized, flexible management, improve the education of staff service consciousness, cultivate students self-management ability, actively participate in the enthusiasm of learning campus life. To further attract quantity, high level of Southeast Asia, south Asian students, improve the quality of university study in education service, guarantee the university internationalization strategy implementation in Yunnan.
