Case learning is welcomed by teachers in primary and middle schools and has been successfully used in most of the major teaching, due to its characteristic of "independent inquiry, cooperative learning". But research of case learning on Information technology curriculum is not much. At present, there is no general case learning design patterns can be widely popularized and mature. Compared with paper case, electronic case has more advantages on Information technology curriculum. Among them, electronic case of web page characterizes by friendly interface, good compatibility and interactivity, most widely used.This paper summarizes the current situation of case learning on information technology curriculum. Reference to case design theory of other disciplines, combined with the characteristics of information technology curriculum, this research designs the composition of web-page electronic case. The composition of electronic case includes learning objectives, key and difficult points, situation introduction, learning activity (learning task, the guidance of learning method, knowledge resources, learning difficulties, detection, expansion and link), summary and reflection, examples of works, application. Teachers can adjust each module, merge, delete, re ranking, according to need. The course of information technology curriculum can be divided into two forms: theory knowledge class and operation skill class. According to the two different types of classes, the paper explains how to design the electronic case, and gives the corresponding electronic case.In order to observe the effect of electronic case, the author choosed two classes having high homogeneity reliability as the experimental class and the control class in school. We done an educational experiment research of a semester, by two classes taught by the same teacher, the same learning materials in addition to electronic case. After the experiment, the two classes were tested, and the experimental class was investigated. Through the analysis of examination results of two classes and the questionnaire of experimental class, it was found that the use of electronic case has certain effect on improving achievement, the ability of self-study, cooperation and communication ability of students.
