Research On Allocation And Optimization Of Football Resources In Primary Schools In Hongshan District Of Wuhan City

Foot ball enjoys the reputation of "the world's No.1 sport" and is well received by the people.General Secretary Xi Jinping deems that foot ball sport is significant to people,especially for teenagers and is personally involved in push forward the development of campus foot ball.In recent a couple of years,even the development of college foot ball in China has made obvious achievements,from a practical point of view,the existing problems are also more important.Among them: the problem of unreasonable allocation of resources is more evident.In2020,based on the summary of the campus foot ball experience,besides the Ministry of Education,seven other departments all released the "National Action Plan to Build Campus Foot Ball System for Youth",which further clarified the requirements for optimizing the allocation of campus foot ball resources.Wuhan City,Hubei Province,which is one of the pilot campus foot ball reformation district in our great country.Hongshan District under its jurisdiction also became a national pilot area for youth foot ball on campus in 2019.He summarized some experiences in exploring campus foot ball,but it is still the allocation of campus foot ball resources and there are many problems.The purpose of understand the current situation of the allocation of campus foot ball resources better,and make a series of valuable suggestions for improvement,to better promote the development of campus foot ball,this study takes as an example the Hongshan District and understands the context of the research through the literature.examination method,and selects15 primary foot ball schools characteristic of Hongshan District as the object of research,through visits and questionnaire surveys of including school leaders,physical education teachers,primary school students and their parents.At the end of the survey,we used the working methods including but not limited to mathematical statistics to study the current situation of foot ball resource allocation at the Hongshan District Campus.The research indicates:(1)Hongshan Primary School basically set up a corresponding team of teachers,and the quality of teacher information is relatively high,but the number of teachers able to teach foot ball on campus is insufficient and the professional capacity of teachers must be improved..(2)Hongshan Primary School has a soccer field that can satisfied basic education needs,although there is a lack of professional soccer equipment on campus.(3)Hongshan District Primary School has set up a special foot ball course to make sure the enough of time of school foot ball lessons,but campus foot ball is more often played in foot ball teams and students have too little time for amateur foot ball activities.(4)Funding for foot ball at Hongshan Primary School campus can basically meet daily education needs,However,the relationship between financial sources and government support is inseparable,which makes the source of funds for its activities too single,this which leads to a lack of security for funding.(5)Hongshan Elementary Schools are equipped with school doctors,but they do not have the resources of school doctors specializing in sports injuries and cannot provide prompt treatment for students.(6)Hongshan District has hosted school foot ball leagues for elementary and middle schools in recent years,but competition resources are insufficient,The resources,system,participants and the number of events are insufficient which makes the needs of competition ineffective.
