Status Research About Juvenile Amateur Tennis Training In Hongshan District Wuhan City

At present, there are many researches on the direction of youth amateur tennis training, but most of them study about the development of tennis training market, the cultivation of tennis reserve talents and so on. But the research about the course, training plan, training program and training method of tennis training means, the use of teaching materials and students in the tennis training class learning situation and other aspects of research is still lacking.In order to understand the current situation of juvenile amateur tennis training in Hongshan district,Wuhan city and find the teaching problem of the training institutions,we want to put some improvement measures aiming at the specific questions and hope these can help the improvement of juvenile amateur tennis training in Hongshan district.In this article,questionnaire method and field observation are be used to investigate the current training situation of seven tennis training schools in Hongshan district .Also, document—data method ,expert interview method and data statistics are used to investigate the school — running conditions of tennis training institutions in Hongshan district,basic situation of the coaches and students,basic situation of tennis training course and students' satisfaction about the class.Some conclusions are obtained as the following.1. Tennis training institutions in Hongshan District are leased colleges and universities and other 's venues, and the number of venues is during the peak hours of tension, it can basically meets the training requirements of trainees on the weekdays and its training is in various forms, different charges.2. Adolescents engaged in amateur tennis training are mainly concentrated in the 11-13 years old and the first contact with tennis training students are mostly 6 years old,most of whose training years is 1 to 2 years and the motivation of students participating in tennis training is diverse. But the two motivations of in the pursuit of fashion and the wishes of the family are largely different.3.The age trend of juvenile tennis coaches in Hongshan district is younger,whose teaching moment is short and lack teaching experience.4.The teaching of tennis training is micro teaching and content is quick and easytennis.Also the teaching method are multiple,but the teaching content and teaching means are single.The frequency of coaches using the professional tennis teaching materials is high and the teaching materials are multiple .5.The tennis skills that students grasp are better and the satisfaction of the coaches and training school is high.According to the problems presented during above findings,some suggestions are put as followings.1.It is better to further enhance the educational condition of tennis training, training price standards could be more flexible and reasonable.2.It is better to appropriately bring forward the age of teenager receiving the illuminative tennis training,which can let them study tennis earlier and cultivate their interest in tennis.3.It is better to reinforce the construction of coaches and improve the comprehensive quality of the coaches.Through the after-training activities,it can constantly promote the coaches' ability and professional skill,which make the structure of coach more normative and reasonable.4.It is better to unify tennis teaching outline,perfect the teaching content,rich the teaching strengthen students to consult and use the teaching materials.5.It is better to strengthen the skills of students to grasp the sport in the primary tennis training courses and encourage students to strengthen the skills under the practice exercises and enhance the coaches teaching attitude and further optimize the tennis training fees.
