| Sports stadium is a material platform for the development of sports as well as the national plans—— "Olympic Glorious Program" and "National Fitness Program", providing a space for sports and fitness sports. Stadium construction achievement is directly related to the sustained and healthy development of China's competitive sports and fitness activities. Since the establishment of our country, especially after the reform and opening up, the stadium construction in China has been getting an unprecedented development. Its development condition has a direct influence on the development of the sustainable development school sports, mass sports and competitive sports, In order to accurately grasp the overall situation of sports development and make a further serve for China's sports undertakings, the State Sports General Administration authorities have launched a nationwide six census on sports stadiums.Based on the carryout of the sixth national comprehensive census sports, this study makes a discussion and analysis on the current situation about the sports stadiums in Hongshan District of Wuhan City as well as the facts which are closely related to the development of Hongshan District sports stadiums with the help of census data. Also,a variety of research methods are used, such as many a documents are referred to during the field surveys, many experts are interviewed and a mathematical statistics are used. The final result reveals that deficiencies of the current development of sports stadium in Hongshan District mainly cover the following six aspects: the total number of existing stadium is small, unbalanced development between urban and rural areas; lots of non-standard stadiums, sports stadiums management is not scientific; the rate of stadium opening and usage is generally low; the lack of new sports project site.The following measures are come up with based on the deficiencies of the stadiums development in Hongshan District:First, cultivating the correct sports values, emphasize the importance of speeding up the development of college sports venues for sports cause of the whole region.Second, dealing with the relationship of sports venues opening to the outside and inside, efforts to improve space utilization.Third, adopting high efficiency management model, improving the management level of all kinds of sports.Fourth, setting up special tunds for the development of sports ground, support social power to construct sports ground.Fifth, protecting existing sports venues, investing in emerging sports facilities.Sixth, playing a guiding role of the policy, focus on the development of school sports venues and rural sports venuesSeventh, increasing diversified investment undertakings of physical culture and sports, construct high quality sports venues.Eighth, to strengthen the construction of legal system, bring the construction of sports venues into the legal system. |
