Development of the information age puts forward new guidelines to modern education and teachers, the mature of mobile technology and reducing of the costs promote the mobile devices gradually integrate into the traditional education, researches related to mobile learning is growing, but most of them are based on students, ignore the guidance and promotion of teachers in classes, furthermore, less of them take attention on influential factors of teachers’ instructional design. This paper based on the project of Primary school attached to HUST named "The new application of smart classroom based on the APT instructional model", we standing on the perspective of teachers, exploring the influential factors of instructional design based on mobile devices, finding out main challenges teachers faced with and make suggestions for them.The method of this research contains literature review, observation and content analysis, we search and sort the literature about "mobile devices", "instructional design" and "influential factors", and preliminary sort out 15 influential factors of instructional design based on mobile devices, these factors can be divided into five categories:the individual, technology, teaching, school and society, relationship. According to the actual situation of the school, and take experts’ and teachers’ advises into consideration, we designed the questionnaire "The influential factors of teachers’ instructional design based on mobile devices" with high reliability and validity. 22 teachers from this school participate in the questionnaire survey, we explore whether teachers’ personal circumstances will have significant differences on the instructional design through one-way ANOVA, and find out the most influential factors of the instructional design assisted by mobile devices through bivariate correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. At the end of the research, conclude that teaching efficacy, teaching strategies and the policies of schools will have significance influence both on teachers’ attitude towards mobile learning and their design of teaching resources and activities.Equipped with the influential factors of teachers’ instructional design based on mobile teaching devices, we compare mobile class with traditional class, further illustrate the influential factors of instructional design based on mobile devices. In addition, let some challenges that teachers faced with be revealed, such as technology problems in instructional design based on mobile devices and oppositions from schools and parents. In order to overcome these barriers, teachers should improve themselves, and schools should support and promote the class assisted by mobile devices.This paper explore the influential factors of teachers’ instructional design based on mobile devices through correlation analysis and regression analysis, find out difficulties teachers faced with and put forward some suggestions, provide experiences and strategies for teachers with mobile devices assisted teaching.
