Growing with digital technologies such as the internet and mobile phones,the learning methods of “Digital Natives” are no longer different from their parents and teachers.Their access to knowledge is not limited to textbooks and other physical aids.Students can learn anywhere and anytime,and know what teachers know and has the ability to aquire what teachers don't know.Therefore,the conventional methods of teching and its preparation that teachers used to do can not fully meet the learning needs of “Digital Natives”.This requires teachers to master the ability of instruction design in the mobile internet environment,and make full use of the advantages of mobile learning to create a better learning environment for students.However,there is no specific online-training-courses for teachers on how to design mobile learning currently.Therefore,this research relies on the online-learning platform,proposes a design process for online-courses and “Instructional Design of Mobile Learning” course plan,develops the supporting curriculum resources and conducts preliminary application,thus providing a certain reference value for training of information technology application ability.First of all,through reviewing literature,the research analyzes the related contents of the primary and secondary school teachers' training course,sums up the achievements and deficiencies existing in the current research institute.Secondly,on the basis of the ADDIE instructional design model,this paper proposes the online-training-course design process of the primary and secondary school teachers.Under the guidance of adult learning theory,the author formulates a online-course plan of “Instructional Design of Mobile Learning”,which includes pre-analysis,course objectives,course content,curriculum resources,learning environment and teaching strategies,course learning activities,learning evaluation,and conducts expert interviews to improve course plan.And then the author further develops course resources and conducts trials according to the course plan,asks relevant technical experts and front-line teachers to evaluate course plan and resources.Based on the above-mentioned work,the author uploads the course resources to the UMU interactive learning platform.Through the survey of trained teacher learning experience,learning result and after-training report,author analyzes the effect of the initial application of the course,disscussing the feasibility and effectiveness of the primary and secondary school teachers' online-training-course design plan of “Instructional Design of Mobile Learning” based on design research.This research adopts the paradigm of design research and through the three rounds of iterative loops of the course plan,resources development and the overall test of the course,the author selects a typical learning object to make a preliminary application of the course " Instructional Design of Mobile Learning ",draws conclusions about the design and implementation of primary and secondary school teachers' online-trainingcourse,comes up with thoughts and suggestions for design-based research,and rethoughts the deficiencies of this research.In order to achive a more accurate conclusion in the future,the author will extend the study time and expand the depth of this reasearch.
