Case Work Involved In Family Foster Care Model Research

With the constant improvement of social welfare system, familyfoster care model in domestic gradually rise, more and more through the family foster care, incomplete children participate in this project, not only good for disabled children and can make up for the institution personnel shortage and fiscal spending. Family foster care model for the development of fully made up for the shortcoming of the traditional pattern of concentrated feed, is a new initiative on children’s development in our business. However, due to family foster care projects in our country started late, development degree is low, it is not perfect, so, a lot of problems appeared in the process of the implementation of the specific.Family foster care model is as good as a model for disabled children, many of its ideas and social work have many common place, welfare home family foster care program has exposed some problems, also suggests that the social work intervention in family foster care the necessity and possibility of further study of social work intervention in family foster care model plays an important role in the development of children’s health. Based on a case study as an example, this paper fully illustrates the case work involved in the possibility and necessity of foster homes, although case work involved in family foster mode still exists some shortage, but it is also the advantages of real visible. So, case work involved in family foster care model is not only an innovation, is also a kind of attempt, I believe that the development of the work involved in family foster care after case after the project will be more successful.
