With the development of education, geography contributes more to our society. It plays a very important role in space allocation of energy problem as well as the national strategy’"One Belt One Road". The ultimate goal of geography education I is to make citizens have the basic geographic literacy. However, due to the stage and complexity of geography education as well as other objective factors from the numerous world, there arises a serious problem in geography education— the connection of different stages, especially in the stage of middle school. Based on the teaching experience of the writer in junior middle school, this research is aimed to analyze the reason of connection problem, as well as to provide proper strategies about this problem in order to slow down and eventually eliminate the connection problem.This article employs the literature research method, the questionnaire survey method, the experience conformity method and the case study method to carry on the analysis research. This article also attaches great importance to find out the connection parts of geography teaching between middle school and high school and apply it into practical teaching.The first part of the study summarized different opinions from a lot of works about the connection problems between middle school and high school, clarified the research purpose, and designed the research roadmap.The second part of is the theory basis of this article in which the conception of connection is clarified. The theoretical basis of this paper includes system theory, optimization of teaching theory, constructivism theory and effective teaching theory.The third part is the questionnaire investigation and analysis. The questionnaire of the overall design are participants of teaching process, including the teachers and students of geography of middle school and high school, and strive to objective geography teaching situation as a strong support for the analysis and demonstration of the article.The fourth and the five parts are the core chapters of this paper. Base on the teaching experience and teaching design of the writer, the two parts analyze the reason of connection problem, as well as to provide proper strategies about this problem. From the view of the participants as a middle school teacher, the writer stated the situation from teaching as well as learning. As for the strategies, the writer stated all sections of the knowledge of the junior high school one by one, strived to find all the connection points in process and method, knowledge and skill, emotion, attitude and value view of 3D object in high school geography teaching. At the same time, the writer also analyzed "study" and other objective factors affecting the "connection" in order to ease the current situation of the expansion of the connection problem.The sixth part is the summary of the article, in which the writer pointed out the shortcoming of research, and the author would continue to study the problem of connection...
