| With the continuous development of information technology in the field of education, it has become an inevitable trend that information technology promotes education reform and optimizes classroom teaching. However, at present only depending on education department and the school’s own strength to deepen information technology and promote the educational reform is still a certain degree of difficulty, especially for basic education informatization whose development is relatively slow. It requires all sectors of society to join continuously, which can speed up information technology reform and promote development of informatization of basic education.101 Distance Education is an education enterprise unit, which is suitable for classroom teaching in Chinese basic education. It is carried out by the combination of well-known basic education schools. After nearly 20 years of continuous innovation and development, it has been basically able to meet the students’needs for the basic education in the classroom under the environment of information technology. It begins to bring in 101 Distance Education since 2003 in Ningxia area. It has opened 101 online campuses in Yinchuan, Zhongwei, etc. First of all, this study interprets the national educational information policy, summarizes and analyzes a large number of related documents of the informative classroom teaching model and the 101 Distance Education classroom teaching model at home and abroad. Secondly, with the guidance of modern educational concepts and theories, based on the present 101 Distance Education classroom teaching model, this research designs a 101 Distance Education classroom teaching model which is suitable for Ningxia area, namely, "double main and double auxiliary platform" classroom teaching model, by combining practical teaching situation of elementary education in Ningxia area and with the goal of achieving students’ "independent, cooperative and inquiry" learning. Finally, it launches practical application of nearly a year of "double main and double auxiliary platform" classroom teaching model by selecting the Xixia District branch and Yongning branch of 101 online campus of Ningxia Yinchuan City as the research and practice base. At the end of the practice, this study analyses the effect of "double main and double auxiliary platform" of classroom teaching model in depth from the students’ learning attitude, learning style, learning ability, learning achievement. According to the existing problems in the process of implementation, the corresponding improvement strategies are put forward. Through this research, it can speed up the localization process of classroom teaching of 101 Distance Education in Ningxia area, and it also provides theoretical reference for other regions of our country to construct the localization of the 101 distance learning classroom teaching model. |
