Word is the tool and foundation of students’ learning, it is the carrier of students’ expression and communication, so the literacy and writing teaching is an important task of primary school language education. But now, the students on the proper use of Chinese characters is concerns, one of the biggest problems is the work of typos are widespread, has reached very serious proportions. This not only affects the expression and communication of students,or affects students’ language learning, but also to the cultivation of the students’ accomplishments and ability. So how to reduce the How to reduce the problem of students’ wrongly written or mispronounced characters become the focus of attention.This paper selects an Experimental Primary School in Baokang County and a primary school in Baokang County Huang Bao town. Then choose two classes of students’ composition in the fifth grade as the research object, carries on the statistical analysis of their ten diary of typos, misspellings and typos will be in accordance with the typo classification, the error has been divided into component, sound,meaning and so on.From this classification,1 found that the word error rate of similar pronunciation is higher than others; Then based on this statistical data, the characteristics of Chinese, the methods of teachers, the influence of dialect, students’ cognitive ability and behavior habit all will cause the homework of typos; Finally, from two aspects of teachers and students, starting from the prevention and correction of two angles, put forward effective strategies to reduce students’ typos, mainly includes improving the professional level of teachers, improving teachers’ literacy and writing teaching, improving students’ learning methods, forming a timely review and active learning habits.Meanwhile students in stroke and higher error rate on the characters of the status of design practice, with a view to more effectively help students reduce typos.
