Chemistry is a science based on experiment. The magic chemistry experiment phenomenon has huge attraction on students, which makes students to be more interested in study effectively, and can push them to carry on scientific inquiry. The present chemistry books give much importance to the experimental teaching. It can greatly help chemistry teachers to teach better. However, not any experiment is perfect, coupled with the restrictions, such as teaching modes, the level of teachers, the examination system and conditions of laboratory teaching and so on. Some teachers just describe the experiments in class, or just let students watch videos, so that students can not freely experience the process of investigation, which is opposing to the idea of the new curriculum teaching contrary. This paper, from the five aspects of scientific, safety, feasibility and simplicity, environmental protection, tries to improve some experiments in the junior high school chemistry textbooks, under the guidance of the new chemistry curriculum standard, considering the actual teaching situation. It hopes to obtain better effects, so that students can think about and deal with things in scientific ways.The ways of research in the paper are:literature research, doing scientific experiments, questionnaire and interview. In the process of literature research, the author searched some important words such as "middle school chemistry experiment " "research "and the specific names of some experiments. The author also studied the related literature, compared the improved experimental methods, combined them with the actual teaching situation, and selected some good methods. In the process of doing scientific experiments, the author tried to study and explore every method finally determined the best ways of the improvement scheme. The questionnaire in this paper is divided into questionnaire of teachers and students. The two questionnaires mainly focus on the three typical experiments--" determination of how much oxygen there is in atmosphere "" charcoal reduction of copper oxide "and" combustion conditions ", trying to figure out the difficulties encountered by students and teachers in these experiments, and solving methods. In the interview survey, based on the questionnaire survey, the author interviewed some teachers in middle school so that the survey can reflect the problems comprehensively. The paper analyzed the consequence of questionnaire survey, literature survey, interview survey and experimental operation, and finally discovered the best ways to improve the ten experiments.
