With the continuous development of multimedia network technology,virtual communities are becoming more widely used in various fields.The research by education field on it has never stopped.More and more researchers do research about learning interaction not only including the face-to-face teaching and learning interaction but also including learning interaction across time and space by network. Then the study of the virtual learning community become one of hot topics in the study of Educational Technology. The virtual learning community is the social network based on the network plat for interactive learning.At the same time it is a kind of learning community and an aggregate of personal relationship network formed in cyberspace. The online course forum is a learning community that formed by curriculum learners for interactive learning.Knowledge sharing as one of the principal activities on the online course forum promote the curriculum learners carry on knowledge internalization and externalization on it,thus forming the cycle and sublimation of knowledge. During this process, the cognitive structure of the learners are constantly assimilating or adapting then their cognitive structure has been enriched and developed.It means the curriculum learners are learning the content course-related. It can be seen, knowledge sharing on the online course forum can be a great aid to learners for learning the course content.The article intents to study the knowledge sharing on the online course forum in order to improve the efficiency of assisting the curriculum learners learning.First, the author analyze the basic process of knowledge sharing on the online course forum combining the environment features of online course forum and the theory of knowledge sharing on the basis of consulting related documents,then sum up the four stages of the process including the stage of determining the shared theme, the stage of externalizing knowledge, the stage of transformating knowledge and the stage of diffusioning sharing knowledge.Then combining the analysis of the basic process of knowledge sharing on the online course forum and the research about what affect knowledge sharing in other disciplines come up with five factors that affect the knowledge sharing on the online course forum including the factor of sharing theme, the factor of sharing motivation, the factor of sharing norm, the factor of the person who share knowledge and the factor of sharing culture.Finally, put forward the optimization strategy for promoting knowledge sharing. at each stage of the process of the knowledge sharing on the online course forum.In the practice that trying to use the optimization strategy for promoting knowledge sharing select the online course forum of the curriculum of the introduction about educational technology learned by freshman of educational technology majors of Zhejiang Normal University to study the knowledge sharing on the online course forum for promoting knowledge sharing. In the result verification section use the method that combine the quantitative and qualitative to consider the case of the knowledge sharing on the online course forum. Quantitative methods mainly consider the learners’ participation and engagement in the knowledge-sharing activities and qualitative methods mainly investigate the learners’intuitive experience in the process of knowledge sharing through the questionnaire.
