The Research On Construction Of College Students’ Entrepreneurship Support System

Employment is vital to people’s livelihood, entrepreneurship is the base of employment. At this stage of economic development in our country, venture to promote economic growth, expanding employment capacity and promote technology innovation has played a very important role. With the "Public entrepreneurship, peoples innovation" policy put forword in 2015, national entrepreneurship is in the more prominent position. University graduates are undoubtedly the most focus group in both employment and entrepreneurship and it is the most important works of the party and the state. At present, the experts and scholars get more and more attention on the entrepreneurship.The research on university graduates rural entrepreneurship has very important theoretical and practical significance on alleviate employment pressure, promote rural economic and social development.For now, however, a lot of people still don’t accept the rural business.It is related to the incline and the backward rural economy, policy, social public opinion influence.Therefore to encourage university graduates to rural business, build a complete support system is imperative.By constructing a multi-dimensional university graduate village business support system, and better service for entrepreneurship of college graduates in rural, through all-round support, form a running through the pioneering run-up, start-ups period, development period, mature period of support chain, to ensure that business activities can develop smoothly.This article is divided into seven parts. The first part is introduction, mainly is the study of literature at home and abroad and puts forward opinions, lead to this article to discuss the problem--rural entrepreneurship college graduates. The second part is to introduce the basic theory, explains the university graduates entrepreneurship, the connotation of university graduates village entrepreneurial support system, and introduces the construction of university graduates village entrepreneurial support system involves three related theories:theory of entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurship theory, resource dependence theory. The third part analyzes the present situation of college graduates in our country rural entrepreneurship. From the questionnaire survey, this paper expounds the basic situation of university graduates to rural entrepreneurship, existing problems, and analyzes the deep reasons for the problems. The fourth part is about university graduates village entrepreneurial support system construction, multi-dimensional support system model is put forward. The fifth part through the empirical analysis verify the feasibility of the model. The sixth part uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) support for the system is evaluated.The seventh part is the research conclusion and prospect. It puts forward for the sixth part of the evaluation of improvement suggestions.
