| Since building an innovative country is our relentless pursuit, how college students, as an integral part of social innovation business entity, to stimulate and expand em-ployment by encouraging business start ups has become a widespread focus. As th-e sa-ying goes,”the first step is always the hardest”, the initial stage of pioneering is s-o fragile that the government, colleges and the society had offered more and more enc-ouragement and support. However, many serious questions are put forward to de-serve detaied study, such as what kind of supporting system does college startups actu-ally need? Of which elements does it consist? How effective are these supportig elements?Based on the previous research, the empirical study is conducted after integrating the use of documentation analysis, interview method, case analysis method, questionnaire survey method and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)method and other research methods. The research subjects are the college student entrepreneurs whoes businesses are in the initial stage of pioneering. This paper aims to construct a support system for the college students who need to start a business and study the actual contribution of those elements forming the support system. The main conclusions are as follows.Firstly, College students’ initial entrepreneurial support system is a multidimensional structure, it consist of 13 elements from 4 aspects: entrepreneurship policy, funding channels, cultural atmosphere and specialized service.Secondly, according to the AHP study, we found these factors rank the to p six, which including the industry policy support system, school funding, government funds, social funds, government programs, school culture in the support system for the college students on the initial stage of pioneering, that explain these factors are particularly important in the process of college students venture.At the same time, this study can be considered to expand the sample sizeto conduct further study in the future. |
