Competitive aerobics training methods should adopt a more advanced, scientific training method and the training system to improve the competitive aerobics athlete’s special movement ability and the competitive level. The currently popular elastic belt training applied to competitive aerobics special training to in order to improve the physical quality of the athletes, which for a long time aerobic gymnast single training mode was changed from and for athletes training provides theoretical basis, for the technical training of the difficult movements explore scientific methods and means.This paper on the spring training of Competitive Aerobics athletes completed the physical quality of the B group of the difficulty of impact analysis as the research object, in Ningyang second middle school of 18 players as the experimental object, using the method of literature, expert interview method, experimental method, mathematical statistics, the athletes in 12 weeks of physical fitness training, accord in the training process according to the motion plan implementation, elastic belt training of strength, endurance, balance, it is concluded that the use elastic belt training effect of athletes in group B difficulty movement is completed. For future aerobics group B difficulty of training to provide a new way. Main research results are as follows;1.The strength quality improved significantly after the end of the experiment., arm strength athletes before and after the experiment exist significant differences(P < 0.01). The athletes in the use of resistance to 20 pounds with athletes from other resistance compared to the existence of significant difference(P < 0.05). After the end of the experiment2.The core endurance quality significantly increased compared with the control group using elastic support at the right angle before and after the experiment with training and support plate there are there is a significant difference(P < 0.05). When the elasticity of the experimental group with resistance to 15 pounds, and other groups compared to the significant difference(P < 0.05).3.Elastic belt training on the difficulty of the group B balance affected greatly. Muscle control ability enhanced systemic muscle coordination and balance of the experimental group single hand single leg support and Yan at the beginning and end of the experiment exist obvious difference(P < 0.01). In the experimental group, the elastic band resistance for 10 pounds, and other groups compared, there is significant difference(P < 0.05).4.after using the elastic belt training, athlete’s strength quality, core endurance, the core control ability to grow rapidly, athletes can high quality to complete the action. Elastic belt training of Competitive Aerobics athletes completed physical qualities required for the group of the difficulty of a greater impact.
