Under the background of sports power,all competitive sports in China have developed rapidly,and competitive aerobics is not included.With the renewal and replacement of competitive aerobics competition rules,the continuous innovation and expansion of special technical actions and the continuous change and adjustment of difficult action scores,competitive aerobics athletes are forced to constantly break through themselves.This series of changes undoubtedly pose higher and more challenges for Competitive Aerobics athletes,and have higher requirements for the completion quality level of difficult movements of competitive aerobics.In this case,it is necessary for Competitive Aerobics athletes to have strong core stability and core strength to maintain the completion of difficult technical movements.Therefore,in order to achieve more ideal sports results,coaches must teach students in accordance with their aptitude,formulate scientific and reasonable training contents for athletes,and adopt efficient training means and methods.This paper takes 16 athletes from the Competitive Aerobics Team of Xi’an Institute of physical education as the experimental object,and carries out the experimental intervention of stable training in the core area,in order to provide more scientific training methods for competitive aerobics training.Using the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,this paper makes an inter group and intra group comparative analysis on the stability,core strength,balance ability and difficulty of group C in the core area,in order to explore whether the stability training means of the core area has an impact on the difficulty completion quality of group C of competitive aerobics.The experimental results and conclusions are as follows:Research results:(1)After 12 weeks of core area stability training,the mean values of various test indexes of static stability and dynamic stability of core area in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the static stability of core area was p< 0.01,showing a very significant difference;The core area was dynamically stable(P< 0.05).(2)After 12 weeks of core area stability training,the overall core strength of the experimental group was improved(P < 0.01).Especially for the improvement of abdominal strength and back strength.(3)After 12 weeks of core area stability training,the test indexes of dynamic double foot stability limit,dynamic left foot stability limit and dynamic right foot stability limit of the experimental group were improved,and the overall stability limit index(overall)had significant difference(P < 0.01).There was significant difference in Statistics(P < 0.05).(4)After 12 weeks of core area stability training,when the experimental group completed the two difficult movements of c247 and C467,the test results showed that the difficulty of C467 increased slightly,and the difficulty of C467 increased significantly(P < 0.01).Research conclusion:(1)Through 12 weeks of core area stability training,the test index of core static stability is less than that of core dynamic stability,which shows that athletes usually use static training means and have a certain familiarity and adaptation to static actions,which significantly improves the static stability of athletes’ core area.Therefore,the stability training in the core area should be dynamic and static cross training.When the static training reaches a certain amount,suspension rope and Swiss ball are used as training means to better stimulate the strength of athletes’ small muscle groups.(2)Through the 12 week core area stability training,it has a significant effect on strengthening the strength of the abdomen,back and both sides of the waist and abdomen of Competitive Aerobics athletes,which plays a good role in improving the athletes’ connecting actions such as air rotation and completion push down,and the special difficulty skills can also be greatly improved.(3)Core area stability training is an efficient training method selected by competitive aerobics athletes to complete difficult movements with high quality and improve difficult techniques.By strengthening the internal stability of muscle groups in the core area of athletes’ body,it can be transmitted and transformed into the expression form of athletes completing difficult movements with high quality.Therefore,the coach should find out the problem according to the individual differences of athletes,and choose the training methods targeted,so that the training will get twice the result with half the effort.(4)According to the research data of this paper,the integration of core area stability training into special quality training can better stabilize the center of gravity of athletes,improve the stability and control ability of athletes,improve the coordination of upper and lower limbs,and better activate the small muscle groups inside athletes.Therefore,unstable instruments are often used in physical quality training to strengthen the stability of athletes’ core area,So as to improve the completion quality of difficult movements of competitive aerobics.
