The difficulty of group C of competitive aerobics has the characteristics of high intensity,short completion time,many technical links,complex movement technology,etc.it has higher requirements for the athletes' jumping ability,movement speed,space and motion perception ability,fast rotation ability,landing buffer ability and other special abilities.However,the traditional strength training method has some shortcomings in the difficulty training,such as the effect of deep muscle training is not obvious,and it is difficult to simulate the actual combat demand under the unbalanced and unstable state.This also means that in order to improve the athletes' ability to complete the difficulty of group C,the daily training must be comprehensive,systematic and scientific,and closely combined with the special needs.Body function training is a kind of training method which can improve athletes' performance in terms of action mode,symmetry of left and right sides of body,coordination of muscle groups,power chain of sports technology and so on,so as to improve athletes' competitive ability.It has played an important practical value in gymnastics,diving and other competitive events,but it has not been widely used in the training of difficult movements in competitive aerobics.Through the methods of literature,expert interview,experimental research and mathematical statistics,this paper selects 24 aerobics majors from the Physical Education College of Jiangxi Normal University to study and analyze the influence of body function training on the difficulty completion quality of group C competitive aerobics.The main results are as follows:1?Through a 12 week training experiment,analyzing the data before and after the experiment in the comparative experimental group,we can see that compared with the traditional training,the body function training can significantly improve the difficulty completion ability of group C athletes with similar initial sports level under the same training time,similar training environment and other conditions.2?For the single structure movements such as vertical jump and 20 meter frog jump,the traditional training effect is very significant,superior to the body function training,but there is no significant difference.3?For this kind of Mixed Multi action,the effect of body function training is better than that of traditional training,and there is significant difference.4?Traditional training and body function training can significantly improve the athletes' special ability of balanced force and continuous take-off under the condition of balance;the effect of traditional training is better than that of body function training,but there is no significant difference.5?Under the condition of multiple body changes,such as improving the athletes' special ability of continuous vertical jump,body function training has significant effect,superior to traditional training,but no significant difference.6?Under the condition of asymmetric movement structure and power mode,such as improving athletes' special quality of asymmetrical power,the effect of body function training is better than that of traditional training,and there are significant differences.7?Body function training can significantly improve the ability of rapid take-off and rotation perception of athletes in dynamic environment,enhance the sense of power of athletes' lower limb extension control,improve the ability of athletes' lower limb active flexibility,and effectively solve the common problems of difficulty in group C.
