Since 2014, the state council promulgated the "decision" about to speed up the modern vocational education, higher vocational education in China has entered a new stage of development, facing a new round of reform and challenges. In our country’s higher vocational education Still exists a lot of problems like the vocational education can not completely meet the need of economic development, unreasonable curriculum structure, curriculum implementation quality still need to improve and a series of problems. After one hundred years of development Canada’s vocational education has formed a unique theoretical system, it is to train to meet the requirements of social demand and the enterprise high quality technology talented person as the goal, on the basis of curriculum and curriculum implementation. This article through to the Canadian higher vocational education curriculum and the implementation of the research, attempts to put forward some Suggestions for China’s higher vocational education curriculum practice.Taking BCIT programming technology professional training program for the text to do the research. the full text is divided into four parts:First of all, in the first part introduced and comparative analysis the theoretical basis of the higher vocational education curriculum and implementation-"competence-based education"and "outcome-based education ".Secondly, the second part introduces the analysis of case school curriculum, the curriculum can be divided into three classes-general courses, professional courses, practice course, and has carried on the brief introduction. Then analyzes the process of curriculum, analysis and evaluation the curriculum structure from he three dimensions ——the ratio relationship, space relationship, time relationship.Again, the third part is about the case school in terms of curriculum implementation, and orientation of curriculum implementation, teaching model which used in curriculum implementation. Then analysis the participants from the curriculum implementation, curriculum content, curriculum implementation method.Finally, Combine the analysis conclusion with the problems existing in the higher vocational education in China, it is concluded that the following enlightenment: "strengthen the general curriculum content of vocational relevance" and "strengthening practice course and the theory of the open order of scientific" "contact the school curriculum and implementation to strengthen enterprise", "implementing curriculum and pay attention to the cultivation of professional ethics".
