Nowadays Chinese students, who are facing fierce competition, are under great stress. They not have any chance to go to team work to complete the activity or movement, leading to the team cooperation ability and resistance to frustration are not strong, resulting in decline in their social adaptation ability.Comrade Deng also said that:" Education from childhood ".Now Chinese football players in reserve are training in the middle school, so the campus football is the key to Chinese football training system. On March 8, 2015, the state council issued " One notice issued by reforming and developing Chinese football” [2015] 11(countries).One of the key points is to develop the campus football.Huaihua is located in the western part of Hunan province, in remote areas of our country. The level of football is very poor. The development of middle school football sports is in the backward stage. So the effective development of middle school football is looming ahead.By literature material, interviewing, questionnaire survey and field survey method, I researched on football teaching, extracurricular football activities, the training of the football team, football competition, football teacher, a football field facilities, class teacher and parents’ attitude towards students taking part in football sports In mainly middle schools and so on. On the basis of these researches, I put forward the corresponding development countermeasure, hoping to promote the development of the high school football.Research results show that the high school football lessons are in terrible shortage, lacking of professional football teacher, and there is no specific football game. Because students’ learning pressure is too large, the teachers and the parents do not support this game. These problems become the big difficulties of middle school football sports in Huaihua.According to the results of the above, I give the development countermeasures of middle school football sports and hope that the governments and school leaders change concept, and pay attention to the importance of high school football, increasing financial input, improving the campus football facilities, strengthening the construction of high school football course, introducing talents, to cultivating teachers, creating high school five-a-side football league, solving the conflict between study and football sports.
