| The "small basketball" League is the Chinese basketball association with "small basketball" as the carrier,to promote the popularization and promotion of "small basketball" as the main way to hold national children’s basketball games.Huaihua is a relatively backward city in Hunan Province,there is a certain gap between the development of "small league" and the mainland.In order to grasp the development of "small basketball" League in Huaihua City,to provide guidance and help for the reform and development of the "small basketball" League in the region in the future,promote the healthy development of "small basketball" league matches in Huaihua City,take the league as the carrier to better promote the popularization and promotion.This paper uses the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,field investigation and mathematical statistics,on the basic situation of the development of the "small basketball" League in Huaihua City,the current situation of athletes,coaches and referees,etc,and the existing constraints were investigated and analyzed.The results showed that:1.Huaihua City "small basketball" League adopts the organizational structure of linear function system,sponsored by Hunan Provincial Sports Bureau,organized by Hunan Basketball Association,Hunan Radio and television channel and Huaihua culture,tourism,radio,television and Sports Bureau,the facilities are good,the competition funds are mainly sponsorship and registration fees.2.League set up U6,U8,U10 and U12,totally 4 age groups and 6 groups,in the form of four to four competitions,the U12 women’s team adopted the single round robin system,the other groups were divided into two groups,the competition system of cross elimination;The organizing committee has three working groups:competition and training office,Secretariat and media center,market development focuses on the development of naming right and advertising right,there are various supporting activities,the combination of "offline" and "online" publicity.3.Huaihua City "small basketball" league athletes are more widely distributed in age,although the contact time is short,but the degree of love is higher,the main motivation is to like,exercise,better entertainment with peers;more than three times a week training,regular training each time concentrated in 0.5-1.5 hours.4.The coaches of "little basketball" League in Huaihua City are mostly male and female,they were all under 30 years old,most of them have bachelor’s degree,more than half have no technical level,part time coaches are more than full-time coaches,the teaching time is generally short,the training funds are shared by units and individuals,and mainly borne by units.5.The referees of "little basketball" League in Huaihua City are mainly from Huaihua Basketball Association,most of the referees are male and few are female,most of them are between 21 and 30 years old;The technical level of referees is low,the number of years of adjudication is short,but they can keep their concentration better,strong anti-interference ability.6.The main problems in the development of the league are as follows: The League organization is not perfect,communication and coordination between departments is not timely;The players have a weak foundation in small basketball,the way of training is limited;The age structure of coaches is unreasonable,lack of basketball experience;The construction of referee team is not mature,the teaching years are short.In view of the current situation of "small basketball" League in Huaihua City,this paper puts forward and demonstrates the development strategies of "small basketball" League in Huaihua City,We should optimize the organization of the league and actively attract the participation of social forces;build a campus centered promotion mode to expand the student base;optimize the selection mechanism of coaches to improve the coaching ability of coaches;strengthen the construction of the team of referees to further improve their executive level. |
