The university teachers shoulder the important task of cultivating the talents of the motherland and the scientific research. Therefore, improving and enhancing the work engagement of the University Teachers are conductive to complete the task successfully and excellently. In recent years, the research on the work engagement of university teachers in Heilongjiang province has gradually become the key point in the field of Public human resource management in Heilongjiang Province, and how to improve the work of college teachers has also become an important research problem.Enhancing the work engagement of university teachers can not only improve work efficiency, but also can save the educational capital of the country, at the same time,it can also reduce the difficulty in management and contribute to create a good teaching atmosphere in university.However, after years of investigation we found that it’s not as ideal as expected in the situation about work engagement of University Teachers in Heilongjiang Province, and it differs significantly between different teachers.In order to analyze and solve these problems, this paper based on the previous researches and other relative theories of work engagement, such as double factor theory, fairness theory, psychological contract theory and self-determinism theory will be combined with four aspects of university teachers’ work engagement of Heilongjiang province, such as willingness to sacrifice, working status,working efficiency and results of the work, and design a questionnaire of influencing factors of university teachers’ work engagement of Heilongjiang province, and the original data which is real and effective are obtained by questionnaires. The questionnaire is divided into eight dimensions, the vigor, enthusiasm and focus of work, scientific research and teaching, salary and welfare, interpersonal relationship, work environment, assessment and promotion, the work performance. According to the results of data reduction and statistical analysis of these problems in corresponding dimensions, the independent variable X (factors) and dependent variable Y (university teachers job involvement) are founded. Factors, obtained by using the Eviews multiple choice mode, which make X (factors) change Y(work engagement of university teachers) a lot are students feedback, distribution of salary and welfare, leadership and interpersonal relationship, research funding, conditions further study, performance assessment and so on. The overall work engagement of University Teachers in Heilongjiang province is in a good condition, but there are still some defects. Through the analysis of the results, suggestions and countermeasures which have guiding significance for enhancing the work engagement of university teachers are put forward, such as improving students feedback mechanism, increasing the income of teachers, improving the salary and welfare system, handling interpersonal relationships well, rational planning the use of funds for scientific research, providing good further study conditions, improving the performance and appraisal system.
