The Status Quo Of Contemporary College Students’ Legal Beliefs And The Cultivation Countermeasuers

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.We must unswervingly follow the path of socialist country ruled by law with Chinese characteristics and build a socialist country ruled by law.According to the "Supervision Law," we must strengthen the rule of law education and moral education,and promote the traditional Chinese culture.Comrade Xi Jinping also pointed out that it is necessary to integrate the rule of law education,with moral education,highlight the connotation of rule of law education in moral education,and cultivate people’s legal awareness,legal literacy and legal belief through the subtle influence of moral education.Building a socialist country ruled by law requires people to respect,awe,and believe in the law from the heart,to enhance the rule of law of the whole nation,to be closely linked with respect and respect,and to form a social atmosphere of respecting the law,respecting the law,and obeying the law.Under th,e requirements of fully implementing the basic strategy of governing the country according to law,accelerating the process of rule of law education for the whole people and cultivating citizens’ awareness of legal beliefs have become a historical necessity.As a reserve force for the reserve of social talents,college students are undoubtedly an important part of the rule of law.Judging from the crimes of college students who have been exposed on the Internet in recent years,the legal quality of college studen ts in China is indeed worrying.Lack of legal knowledge,low awareness of th e concept of the rule of law,weak awareness of legal beliefs,and weak awareness of legal rights in accordance with the law have seriously impeded the development of socialist rule of law in China.It is particularly urgent and important to strengthen the rule of law education for college students,to cultivate students to establish a correct concept of the rule of law,and to form a belief in the socialist rule of law.Therefore,it is of practical significance and value to conduct research an d analysis on the status of college students’ legal beliefs.This paper takes Marxist jurisprudence,socialist rule of law theory and social belief theory of legal belief as the basis of relevant research,mainly through the empirical research method,and investigates the current situation of contemporary college students’legal beliefs.Based on the analysis of the survey data,This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the contemporary college students’legal beliefs,and analyzes the reasons for the current situation of the deficiencies.At the end of the article,the contemporary college students themselves,the family and the efficient and targeted training of contemporary college students’ legal beliefs Propose specific countermeasures.
