Research On The Cultivation Path Of Contemporary College Students' Legal Thinking

Since the 18th National Congress,our government has attached great importance to this new proposition-legal thinking.Especially the government leaders and officers’ legal thinking attracts more attention in every aspect of live,which aims to play the leading role of the government leaders and officers.This new proposition requires government leaders and officers to use laws to analyze the issues;to solve the problems in a legal way and strive to play a leading and demonstration role in the legal system construction.Compared with the government leaders and officers,college students’ legal thinking is a little weak.College students,as important players in the construction of the future society,to some extent their level of legal thinking is related to the prospects of the legal system construction in China.However,in reality,many events related to college students’ crime and being fooled were reported by the medium,which revealed a lack of legal sense among the college students.Therefore,cultivating college students’ legal thinking is not only promoted by the spirit of top-down meeting,but also it is a bottom-up solution to deal with the problems existed in the college students,and it is a combined proposition needed by the public and the college students themselves.From the point of public,cultivating college students’ legal sense is an inevitable requirement of developing university legal culture,fulfilling the core values of Chinese socialism,constructing a socialist legal system and building a socialist harmonious society.From the internal demand of college students,cultivating the legal thinking of college students Is also a necessary part to help students form a healthy personality and grow flourishly and thus participate in the administration of society.This paper mainly discuss the following four questions:Firstly,how to understand the meaning of cultivating college students’ legal sense?Secondly,why should we cultivate students’ legal sense?Thirdly,what are the difficulties In developing college students’ legal sense?Lastly,what are the methods to cultivate college students’ legal sense?This paper’s main logical line is based on existing problems,analyzing reasons and exploring the solutions,namely,the paper is based on necessity of developing college students’ legal sense.On the basis of previous study results,I stick to taking the problem as my direction and summarize and analyze the problem existed in the developing modern college students’ legal thinking through the questionnaire.According to results of the questionnaire,find the reasons of the problem and put forward some"prescribing specific remedies "methods.College students’ legal thinking refers to educating complex of the law knowledge,law emotion and law wills and so on,which is a long-term and complex project.For the institutions of educating students,legal thinking,it is not merely the responsibility of universities.For the education methods,it is not just the tasks of classroom teaching.We must form a three-dimensional grid of society-universities-homes-college students,which c an provide advisory opinions for developing modern college students’ legal thinking.
