| Jinan Olympic Sports Center is the host place of 11 th nationa l games, the well-known large-scale comprehensive public stadium in the country. It is located in the east new district of Jinan, and has lots of functions about sports training, launching sports events, National fitness, large performance, catering, leis ure, entertainment, car sales and business office. It is the landmark building of Jinan. Due to huge investment in construction and operation maintenance cost, and has great radiation and driving function for Community Economics Development. Its operation and management condition has been widely given attention by the government and all circles.Operation management of large public sports stadium is a recognized problem. Both at home and abroad, a large number of stadium went bankrupt due to poor operating or idle for a long time. At present our country has more than 1000 built or under construction of large public sports stadium, and almost every city has a large venues at least which operates badly to make local governments have long-term hard to get rid of the heavy financial burden.As domestic a large number of large public sports stadiums built and start using in recent years, the country pays the attention to the sports industry development. On the related research has been a rapid development of sport s stadiums, the research content involves the venue planning construction, the nature of the venue, venue management system mechanism reform, marketization of facility operation, and the introduction of private capital, stadium design several aspects, such as operating performance, almost covers all areas of the facility operation. But according to the author consult a large number of documents and materials, there are many theoretical studies and empirical studies in the stadium at present. Especially stands in the operation angle, the studies which combine with the practical situation of the specific facility operation and operation data of long-term follow-up are rare. So to some extent it makes the research and production come apart, the theoretical research is difficult to be applied in practice.The article is based on the predecessors of a large amount of research, with the literature research method, typical investigation method, expert interviews and comparative analysis as a research method, through the use of SWOT analysis method and the "triangle model" two strategic analysis tools, combined with the operation and practical development of Jinan Olympic Sports Center, trying to get rid of the pure concept or the nature of the description and theoret ical analysis of the model, standing in the angle of stadium operators analysis operating conditions and the reasons behind in depth during the recent five years after the 11 th national games, the strengths and weaknesses of the existing venues operation mode under the existing research, in the face of give and challenges. By analyzing the three kinds of major public sports venues, the operational model, the state-owned enterprise operation, and the public private partnership(PPP), the advantages and disadvantages of various operating modes are compared and analyzed. Through in-depth analysis and extensive reference, this article puts forward the development ideas and operational strategies in system mechanism reform, the best service products, customer oriented and integrated industrial chain for Jinan Olympic Sports Center in the future development, and makes it continue to expand business scope, increase the operating activity, tap the venue resources, increase operating income, reduce cost, and ultimate ly make the stadium’s profitability and public welfare develop together, and provide a reference and inspiration for the development of similar large-scale public stadiums. |
