The smart stadium is a new form of sports industry matches the information industry,with the breakthrough of the new generation of information technology,the further development of the digital economy and the real economy and the deep integration of smart society,smart city and smart sports,people-oriented public sports service development concepts and models are formed,becoming a new driving force for the development of the sports industry,a new growth point for sports consumption,and an important starting point for promoting supply-side structural reforms in the sports field,It also echoes the actual needs of the stadium service industry to provide more high-quality,diversified and personalized services.Based on the above analysis,we propose research hypotheses:In the macro context of the country accelerating the construction of a strong sports country and vigorously developing the sports industry,how can China's stadiums build a new era of smart stadium under the state of limited financial resources and weak technological facilities,Improving the standardization of construction,digital operations,and application of humanism to realize the smart interconnection of people,sports,and stadium.This research can not only deepen the understanding of the management of smart stadium from all walks of life,but also accelerating the smart development of national fitness,promoting the construction of smart stadium,solving the fundamental pain points that have long plagued the operation of stadium,meeting the new needs of consumer audiences and assisting smart cities construction has academic value and research significance.This paper draws on the theories of stakeholders,holistic governance,experiential economy,and sustainable development.It uses literature,questionnaires,expert interviews,field surveys and other methods to sort out the characteristics of smart stadium in developed countries and conduct research with China.Comparative analysis,explained the connotation of smart stadium,proposed a three-tier system model of smart stadium,explored the construction content of different types of smart stadium,proposed five modes of operating smart stadium,and designed four types of scenarios types of marketing,through the construction of an index system of smart stadium,evaluation and analysis of some stadiums in 6 provinces in eastern and central China,and finally put forward suggestions to promote the development of smart stadiums.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The smart Stadium is a people-oriented synergy.From the perspective of the development of sports venues,smart sports venues are advanced development concepts formed with the advancement of information technology and the application of intelligent facilities,and are the advanced stage of the development of sports venues informatization.Compared with the Internet+venues and smart stadiums,smart stadiums use the new generation of information technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,and 5G,reflecting their distinctive characteristics.Smart stadiums use new technologies to realize the interconnection between people and venues,through the intelligent way of cognition,judgment,and response to deeply integrate resources and promote public sports participation,achieve efficient and convenient innovative applications in all aspects of the stadium,and optimize stadium resources Configuration.The smart stadium is itself a complete service system,and its service experience generates a good coupling effect in the context of the venue through the intelligent way,and promotes the comprehensive upgrade of the service form of the venue.From the perspective of collaborative management,smart stadiums are a comprehensive concept.Smart stadiums are based on new technologies,in pursuit of sustainable development and comprehensive coordination of services,resources,technology and environment,and are based on informatization and intelligence.As a typical feature,through the integration of stadiums and related resources to promote service application innovation,so as to achieve the upgrade and optimization of stadium service functions.(2)The research structured the system framework of smart stadiums,and expanded and improved the value exploration of smart stadiums at the level of theoretical research.This article analyzes the relationship between stakeholder theory,holistic governance theory,experience economy theory,and sustainable development theory and.smart stadium,analyzes the differences and connections of related concepts of smart stadium,defines the definition of smart stadium,and explains The characteristics,functions and values,development goals and key elements of smart stadium.Innovatively proposed a smart stadium system architecture,which is specifically composed of a technical layer,a resource layer,and an application layer.The technical layer is located at the bottom of the system,including technical support as a venue infrastructure,intelligent hardware,and database The middle layer of the system includes smart operations,resource integration,and smart society;the application layer is at the top of the system,including new marketing systems,smart services,and unified due diligence.(3)Adhere to classified guidance and coordinate the design of the development paths of different types of smart stadium.According to the research,according to the scale,location conditions and operating characteristics of the venues,large-scale smart stadium should be built as urban“landmark" leisure and entertainment centers;small and medium-sized smart stadium should be built as "regional" national fitness heating zones;Fitness-type smart stadium should be built as "node-type" sports health service points.The construction strategy is put forward from the perspectives of dislocation development,technological innovation,application orientation,strengthening cooperation and governance transformation.In order to better guide the construction of smart stadiums in China and promote the sustainable and healthy development of smart stadiums.(4)The operation mode of smart stadium is diverse,its essence is to improve public service capabilities,introduce market mechanisms,promote the transformation of the sports industry into a modern service industry.According to the research,smart stadium have obvious advantages in improving operational capabilities,optimizing human capital,reducing energy costs,and achieving rapid replication.The operation of smart stadium includes five modes:government investment operations,corporate investment operations,government franchised enterprise operations,government-led establishment of specialized agencies and venue associations.The operation of smart stadium is not a one-time operation.It is necessary to pay attention to issues such as correct understanding of the stadium's informatization,strengthening of the internal and peripheral business relationship,analysis and mining of the data value of the stadium,attention to the safety of the stadium's network operation,and strengthening the introduction and training of complex talents.It proposes development strategies such as strengthening the government's financial investment,changing the concept to promote the smart operation of venues,brewing venues' smart operation plans as soon as possible,rationally selecting smart venue operation models,and properly selecting supply chain partners.(5)Creating smart stadium marketing scenarios according to different sports consumption needs.In order to get rid of the single income channel of stadiums and rely on government funding as soon as possible,stadium operators need to take the initiative to make changes and make full use of new technologies and cross-border thinking for scene marketing swaps and sports consumption links.Based on the development goals of stadiums and the sports industry seeking deep changes,the diverse consumer needs of users,the research has refined entertainment scenes that focus on emotional release,educational scenes that emphasize education,and aesthetic scenes that advocate spatial differentiation and meet the four types of smart marketing experience scenarios of emotional transference empathy scenarios to promote the upgrade of the stadium's smart service system and overall function.(6)Constructing an index system for smart stadium and analyze and evaluate the development requirements of smart stadium.Through preliminary construction of the indicator structure,and after two rounds of expert opinion consultation,this paper formed a smart stadium index system consisting of 4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators,and 47 third-level indicators,and designed a "smart stadium construction and application research survey.The questionnaire took 60 stadiums in six provinces of Jiangsu,Shanghai,Zhejiang,Guangdong,Hubei,and Jiangxi as the survey objects,and understood the construction expectations and demands of the stadiums from the supply side.The IPA analysis was used to identify projects that should be prioritized for improvement,Proposed strategies to promote smart stadiums.Through the above research,the following suggestions are made:(1)Strengthen the top-level design,clarify the government's responsibilities,and formulate a practical national top-level design and strategic development plan.(2)Strengthen policy guidance,form a policy system,develop and issue the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Development of Smart Stadiums",strengthen the formulation of special incentive policies,and formulate incentives,subsidies and support policies.(3)Increase capital investment and promote market cooperation.It is recommended to split the reconstruction of smart stadiums in stages and sections,and appropriately transfer part of the operating rights to attract enterprises to participate in the smart transformation and operation of stadiums.(4)Developing related standards,scientifically compile construction guidelines and data interface standards for different types of smart stadiums.(5)Construct according to local conditions,promote long-term operation,divide the functional sections of smart stadiums,and ensure the integrity of the construction system and steps in a planned,focused,and strategic manner.(6)Revitalize human resources,"introduce wisdom and borrow brains" to recruit talents from the creative and marketing industries,and "self-blood" to re-educate and rotate the stadium employees.
