Research On The Reform Of Tourism Management Major In Qinhuangdao Institute Of Technology Based On Employment Oriented

Grasping the strength of the tourism attraction will help to find the factors restricting the development of the tourism industry, then making effective countermeasure. The paper is to study the regional differences and gaps of tourism attraction between cities in Hebei Province. The purpose is to create a better tourism attraction and attract more tourists to accelerate the pace of tourism development.Using the method of extension engineering and tourism background trend line, this paper sets up a matter-element model of the comprehensive evaluation of tourist appeal in Hebei province. Single indicator decides the advantage and disadvantage of different regions, the multiple analysis show an existence of a large diversity of tourism attraction, with the aim to provide recommendations for the development of the tourism industry.Through the research background, purpose and significance of the research, the paper is to understand the present situation of the research on the teaching reform of Higher Vocational Tourism Management in China and abroad. Based on the analysis of the students’ employment ability of Qinhuangdao Institute of Technology, this study summarizes the employment ability and ability training situation, and puts forward the feasible countermeasures in the teaching reform. Through statistical analysis, the paper puts forward that higher vocational tourism management major should be carried out from five aspects: personnel training objectives, curriculum system construction, employment oriented teaching resource construction and teaching methods, and strengthening the practice teaching.The innovation of this paper is that the students’ employment ability and the actual needs of enterprises and students and teaching reform closely linked. Through the investigation of enterprises and students, to understand the most realistic vocational graduates in the tourism industry, the employment ability needs as the teaching objectives of Vocational Tourism Management, and to improve the level of employment and employment quality of tourism management graduates in higher vocational colleges.
