Research On The College Students’ Ideo Iogical And Po Iitical Education In The New Media Environment

Along with the rapid development of information technology, new media is paid more attention and applied widely. Represented by the Internet, smart phones, new media have been an important part of college life and are popular among students. College students’ ideology and behavior are influenced by the new media environment profoundly. New media technology brings to students the ideological and political education opportunities, at the same time, it also reveals severe challenges. By conducting research under the new media environment of ideological and political education, we can effectively solve the problems and difficulties that current ideological and political education is faced with, further grasp the law of the ideological and political education of college students, and finally realize educational goals of establishing moral values and cultivating people.This paper, first define the new media and the concept of the ideological and political education, revealing the main causes of college students’ love of the new media and the impact of the new media environment on college students. The positive role of new media environment for ideological and political education: enrich students’ knowledge structure; expand the way of college students’ interpersonal communication; and promote college students’ self-learning ability, improve self-recognition. Negative effects of new media environment of ideological and political education for college students: exert harmful influence on college students’ outlook on life and values; and on the physical and mental health development. According to the comprehensive analysis, we put forward the coping strategies: to take the network ideological and political education position, leading the social ideological trend; to push forward the construction of the new media culture, uniting students; To improve ideological and political education workers, giving full play to the advantages of various media’s complementary effect of ideological and political education; to guide students to establish a firm ideal faith and healthy network morals; Through continuous reform and innovation, strengthen the organization and leadership of the network of ideological and political education work, improving the network supervision system.This thesis, enriches the ideological and political education theoretic system, deepens the practice of the ideological and political education, thus could provide reference to college students’ ideological and political education work in the new media environment.
