With the development of multimedia computer technology and network technology, the micro lesson is a new educational technology, which is produced with the popularization of mobile terminal equipment. It takes the video as the presentation mode, which is a combination of animation, sound, graphics, images, text and other elements, with a short teaching time, the content is vivid, easy to use and so on. Currently in China, micro course of theoretical research and micro teaching resources design, development and application of although there have been some achievements, but the teachers based on micro class specific subject teaching practice research is relatively rare, especially in the secondary vocational school moral education teaching practice is not very mature, the existence of application frequency is low, the teaching effect has not yet appeared problems. The main purpose of this paper is to explore the application mode and application effect of micro lesson in moral education in secondary vocational schools.Through literature study, this paper further clarifies the concept of the micro lesson, summarizes the characteristics and types of micro class, and expounds the theoretical basis of the application of micro teaching in the teaching. On the basis of this, the present situation of moral education in secondary vocational schools in Beijing city is investigated by means of questionnaire survey, and the present situation of the application of the micro lesson is investigated. Then, on the basis of defining the principle of micro lesson design, combining with the teaching practice, this paper puts forward the application mode of moral education. Combining with the practical cases, this paper discusses the application effect of micro teaching in innovative teaching mode, reform teaching methods, rich teaching methods, integration of teaching content and reducing the difficulty of knowledge. Finally, taking the two classes of high grade students of e-commerce major in Beijing Morden Vocational School as the subjects, the experimental research method is used to implement a micro lesson teaching design case. Through the analysis of data results and classroom observation, the effect evaluation and teaching reflection. Through this study, two conclusions are drawn:first, the micro lesson application mode is varied, teachers should try to be bold, dare to innovate. But any kind of application mode is not universally applicable, should be based on the teaching content, teaching requirements and the actual situation of the students choose to use. Second, the application of micro teaching can promote teachers to change their teaching concept, master the information age new teaching methods and teaching strategies; can give full play to the student’s main body role, stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm and initiative, help in training the students’ Multiple Intelligences and thinking ability raise, helps students’ independent learning ability raise; can optimize teaching process, to guide the construction of the teachers and students to learners as the center "of the teachers and students to exchange and communication, positive interaction, common development of classroom teaching.
