The influence of Chinese curriculum of primary and secondary school to student is comprehensive and profound. Compared with other courses, there is no doubt that the middle and primary school Chinese curriculum place at a very high priority with dictionary value.Many scholars who bury themselves in Chinese curriculum’s study attach great importance to the practical problems, revealing the process of the course, mastering the knowledge and so on.As a result, the general rules of course research is the main task of curriculum theory research,while the value of the curriculum is neglected, especially the research of ethical values. On the basis of previous studies, this paper aims at analyzing the primary and middle school Chinese curriculum value on the perspective of ethics.This paper is organized as follows. First, research background was introduced with putting forward the content of research, stressing the necessity of the value of primary and middle school Chinese curriculum on the perspective of ethics, defining relevant concepts, and summarizing the current theory schools of Chinese course. Second, the content of the value of primary and middle school Chinese curriculum is discussed and reconsidered. In this part, the ethical value of Chinese curriculum includes two aspects. One is on the perspective of the function value of the Chinese curriculum, which analyzes the instrumental value and goal worth of primary and secondary school Chinese curriculum. Another is on the perspective of service object of Chinese curriculum, which analyzes the individual and social value of the primary and middle school Chinese curriculum. Third, the theory of ethical values to the design of middle and primary school Chinese curriculum is reviewed. The design and implementation of primary and secondary school Chinese curriculum rely on ethical value which means freedom view or utilitarian view,and the freedom view advocate the principal goal of Chinese curriculum is to promote the development of student’s individual freedom. This study focuses on the influence of Chinese curriculum to the students in the dimension of positive freedom and negative freedom. On the perspective of utilitarian view, the ethical value of Chinese curriculum generally aims at instrumental value and maximizing the development of primary and secondary school students’ language communication ability so that they can undertake the external requirement of society.Fourth, the ethical appeal of primary and middle school Chinese curriculum is discussed in two aspects: the ethical qualities of education, which is the focus of the ethical values to primary andsecondary school Chinese curriculum and human is objective, which is purpose of the ethical values of Chinese curriculum.
