Teacher s practical knowledge is good for promoting the professional growth of teachers. This paper selects Chinese teacher Yu Yingchao as the object of study. Analyzing the practical knowledge which embody in the education practice and discussing the influencing factors in the formation and development of teacher’s practical knowledge. Attempting through the study of the case about Yingchao teacher, that may provides experience to the majority of teachers and good for teachers professional growth.The thesis consists of five parts. The first part mainly described the research background, the purpose and significance of the research, the definition of core concepts, the status of the research on teacher’s practical knowledge at home and abroad and research methods and conditions. The second part is the analysis of the path of Chinese teacher s case on teachers’ practical knowledge development. In support of the theory knowledge, define of the research elements of teacher’s practical knowledge, and through the key event of Yu Yingchao teacher to grasp the development path of Chinese teachers’ practical knowledge. Than construct the analysis framework of the whole article. The third part through the analysis of materials, than extract the practical knowledge of Yu Yingchao teacher. Including Yu Yingchao teacher s education beliefs, self knowledge, interpersonal knowledge, situational knowledge, strategic knowledge and knowledge of critical reflection. The fourth part analysis of the influence factors in the development of Yu Yingchao teacher’s practical knowledge. Mainly carries on the analysis from the external environment and internal factors. The external environment including the good teaching environment, interpersonal interaction, key events and significant others; the internal factors include the initiative of professional development, comprehensive development planning, personal qualities, teaching reflection, teaching research. The fifth part is the inspiration of famous Chinese teachers’ practical knowledge development. Mainly in four aspects: the internal training of education beliefs and values, individual teaching practice, and cooperation and exchanges of teachers and the use of modern information network. Hoping it may provide reference to teachers, than they would follow the famous teacher to accumulation and development the practice knowledge of their own.
