Oversea language training service is an important segment in our current training industry. By the growing number of students who go oversea study, a lots of training organizations pump up. People can easily notice the well-known training organization such as New Oriental, the Education International Cooperation Group, and the Global Education & Technology. Meanwhile, the learning way of people start to change recently, people can not only learn English from the learning center, they can also learn it online. As the various demands from customers, the customize language training market develops, such as the one on one tutoring language service and VIP English learning centers.In order to survive in the severe competitive market, competitors need to be carefully analyze the training market. They aim to seek for a way that could help them to be unique in the industry which could make their business last for long and also profitable.This research paper illustrate the example training center of Sichao by its business market background. It also shows the training center’s theoretical practice, which are from the theories of Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model and SWOT.
