Education is important for the national development. With the reform of the new curriculum standards for elementary school, mathematics teachers put forward new requirements to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.As one of the primary mathematics teachers armies, the new elementary mathematics teachers’ improving their classroom teaching effectiveness is a high aspiration. But an investigation found that there are many difficulties effectiveness of implementation for the new elementary mathematics teachers’ classroom teaching. In view of this, this essay uses empirical research methods,and conduct research on the plight of elementary school mathematics new teachers concerning the classroom problems and solutions. First, the essay retrieves relevant documents by new recruits mathematics classroom teaching research plight, and Tianjin Binhai New Area new teachers to investigate the plight of classroom teaching diagnosis, summarized the plight of elementary school mathematics new teachers in the classroom teaching exists. Then, based on the status of newly teachers of mathematics and elementary school mathematics textbooks, combined with elementary school mathematics teaching effectiveness requirements, it analyzes the causes of the difficulties, and then propose solutions to the plight of the corresponding classroom teaching strategies. Finally, the essay chooses those teaches from several Tianjin Binhai New Area schools as the experimental objectives, and uses comparative analysis and personal interviews to test the effectiveness of the given policies.This essay will practically influence those normal students as their entering the elementary school mathematics teacher positions and in-service elementary mathematics teachers. The strategy herein will effectively breakthrough elementary school mathematics new teachers classroom dilemma, it also can enhance classroom teaching effectiveness, so as to well promote their professional developments. Additionally, this essay though is for the new teachers’ classroom teaching on subject of mathematics,the proposed strategies for other subjects new teachers’ development also has guiding significance. In the meanwhile, it will also provide some reference values for those new teachers professional development researchers and educational administrators.
