In the era of "Reading for All" was promoted, Reading plays a vital role on the development of one’s life. Good conducting of Early Kindergarten reading is helpful to stimulate children’s interesting in reading, improve reading ability of children and develop good reading habits. However, the effect of early reading is influenced by the reading environment, the reading content, the way to carry out reading, the teacher’s guidance of reading and the selection and application of reading materials, etc. The discussion and understanding of these factors is the important way for us to improve the reading quality. During to the special geographical and economic conditions, the early reading situation of Sichuan’s rural kindergartens is an important issue for us to investigation and research.In this study, the author integrated use questionnaires, interviews and observation to survey and analysis the early reading’s Current Situation of Sichuan Rural Kindergarten from the creation of reading environment, the selection of reading contents, the way to carry out reading, the teacher’s guidance of reading, the selection and application of reading materials and the effect of early reading, etc. Among them,the observation and interviews mainly used to study the creation of reading environment, the selection of reading content, the way to carry out reading, the teacher’s guidance of reading and the selection and application of reading materials.The effect of early reading is mainly investigated by questionnaires from the amount of children’s literacy, the correctly understanding of the content, the expression of language, the imagination and creativity of children and other aspects, etc.Through investigation, the author learned the carry out of early reading in Sichuan Province’s kindergartens exist the problem of the reading space’s low Utilization and the Design of Content formal, the selection of reading contents focus on the development of children’s Dominant ability and ignore the hidden ability, the reading carry method Monotonous and helpless to develop children’s readinginteresting, the teacher’s understanding of reading goals is deviation to the Standard target and the teacher Lack of self-evaluation, the reading materials which children’s interested in is less and the Utilization of appropriate reading materials is low.Further research found that the above problem is related to children themselves,kindergarten, kindergarten teachers, children’s families and society, etc. To solve these problems, the author put forward the corresponding improvement measures by conjunction with the corresponding reason, such as teacher should create a rich environment for young children, such as the creation of a peaceful, rational, orderly reading area and take advantage of the indoor space environment. The outdoor reading environment creation should reflect the characteristics of different classes.Teachers choose the appropriate early reading material. The way to carry out reading should colorful, such as questioning, role playing and game. The carry out of teaching should with a variety of equipment, kindergarten should strengthen the cooperation with the family and to change the parent’s wrong reading concept, the kindergartens leadership in rural areas should establish a science education concept, the Government should improve the Faculty of Rural Kindergarten, improving the class organization of Kindergarten, every class should have two teacher and one nurse, teacher should actively participate in relevant training to update the concept of education.
