Personal affairs of individual autonomy is an important clue to the development of autonomy, and autonomy of the individual has an important influence on the development of a sound personality and good social adaptability. Child independent source of personal affairs and development occurs in the interaction with the community.With age, children gradually have the independent consciousness, especially in children of 5-6 years. In the process of interaction with the teacher, and children gradually establish autonomy from the field and scope of personal affairs. However, At home from the kindergarten situation, teacher-child interaction as the background of the top class in a kindergarten children’s personal affairs independent data also needs to be enrich and perfect. Therefore, through the means of observations and interviews, this study try to get the problem of children’s independent and the influence factors in the interaction between teacher and children. The results are as follows:From the teacher-child interaction promoters, teacher-child interaction personal affairs was mainly initiated by teachers, children rarely initiate teacher-child interaction;from the teacher-child interaction occurs the scene view, aiming at the children’s personal affairs independent interaction occurs in games and sports activities, and children have more personal affairs independent rights; from the process of teacher-child interaction, the low sensitivity of teachers bruise easily development of preschool personal affairs autonomy; from the results of teacher-child interaction,among teachers and class children often due to personal transaction occurs teacher-child conflicts, and teachers as the authority often force the children to obey their decisions.This research mainly studied under interaction between teacher-children to analyze the large children’s personal affairs independently existing problems, but the growth of young children is the result of the society, kindergarten, family influence, so it is necessary from the perspectives of the above three to analyze the current problems.Discussion on the development of autonomous factors preschool personal affairs, from social factors analysis, mainly due to the kindergarten teacher-child ratio is too high,and the collective ideology and the influence of traditional concepts; Analysis from the aspect of kindergarten, mainly teachers lack of correct understanding of children’s rights and abilities; Understanding of autonomy is not comprehensive; teachers transaction complicated work pressure; there are constraints nursery safety factors. From parents analyzed, mainly parents lack of cultivation of children’s personal affairs independent consciousness and low culture quality. Based on the above analysis, the end of the study from the state, teachers and parents on how to promote preschool independent personal affairs put forward reasonable proposals, hoping to provide a reference for children’s personal affairs independent development.
