Nowadays, with the development of the times and social progress, more and more college students are going to put forward higher requirements. In order to further strengthen the management of students, improve students ’quality, and enhance students’ social adaptability, party and government attach great importance to the overall quality of the training college, in 2004 the CPC Central Committee, the State Council issued the "Circular on Further Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Education views " on that, in order to adapt to the new situation and new tasks, and comprehensively improve the ideological and political quality, and promote the overall development of students, the strengthening of ideological and political quality of education provided valuable comments.
