In this paper, based on the basic concept of cultural development----from "cultural inferiority" to "cultural consciousness" to "cultural confidence" to "cultural strength". The integrated use of literature analysis, theoretical study method and history method, reference related to the existing research results, the theoretical development of "the curriculum culture", that is, from "curriculum cultural inferiority" to "curriculum cultural consciousness" to study "curriculum cultural confidence". The paper aims to enrich curriculum culture theory research and clarify the concept of cultural self-confidence on the basis of the road to do some exploration on practical course of cultural self-confidence. This article mainly discusses from the following three aspects:First of all, interpret the meaning of curriculum cultural confidence. Cultural self-confidence ideas put forward for the study of the course provides a new research Angle of view, value guidance and unique research paradigm.Second, the paper tries to reveal the meaning of cultural self-confidence. Culture is the inner driving force of curriculum development, curriculum culture along with the pulse and development of the culture, course culture confidence is based on the course of cultural consciousness, which improved the inner character of education.Finally, the practice of the course culture confident way. The Chinese poems in the elementary school language teaching material is one of the important characterization of self-confidence course’s culture. However, the researcher analyzed the five editions’ Chinese teaching material(People’s Education Press, Jiangsu Education Press, Beijing Normal University Press and Chinese Press(A Press and S Press)). And found that the percentage of ancient poetry is inferior to 30%, even Shanghai deleted the ancient poetry in order to alleviate burdens on primary students. To this end, the elementary school language teaching material in the course culture component equilibrium principle is the principle of paying equal attention to, ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign, the proportion of Chinese poems in the elementary school language teaching material should be as high as 30%.
