Research On Cultivating College Students' Cultural Confidence In The Perspective Of New Media

Culture is the soul of a country and a nation,the foundation of a country's development,the source of national vitality,and can provide a strong spiritual impetus for the development of the country and the nation.In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the importance of cultural self-confidence.Only by building strong cultural self-confidence can we make great progress,create new cultural vitality and spread Chinese culture continuously.With the development of network information technology and the advent of new media era,college students will also receive the influence of information disseminated by new media while learning cultural knowledge.College students are the future successors of the country.It is very important to cultivate college students' cultural self-confidence.How to carry out cultural self-determination in the new media environment for college students? The cultivation of trust and how to make good use of the new media platform as an educational tool are the important contents of this study.The cultivation of College Students' cultural self-confidence is to carry out activities related to cultural self-confidence by taking college students as the cultivation objects.Through such activities,college students can improve their understanding of Chinese culture,stimulate them to actively learn excellent Chinese culture,and improve their cultural self-confidence.In this process,the Students should fully understand the traditional culture,advanced socialist culture and revolutionary culture,and be able to treat foreign culture from an objective and rational perspective,resist foreign decadent culture,learn from western excellent advanced culture,and constantly improve their own cultural literacy.From the perspective of new media,this paper introduces the related concepts and theories of cultural self-confidence,puts forward the relationship between new media and cultural self-confidence cultivation,and the connotation,process and value of cultural self-confidence cultivation of College students.Through the form of questionnaires,this paper makes an analysis and Research on the current situation of cultural self-confidence cultivation of College students,and summarizes the current situation.The problems of self-cultivation of College Students' culture in the perspective of new media include that after-school life of college students is dominated by new media,lack of knowledge and learning of traditional culture,excessive pursuit of entertainment of College Students' cultural value,deviation from traditional culture,more attraction to foreign culture than traditional culture,and school's influence on traditional culture.This paper analyses the reasons from three aspects: personal factors,social environment factors and school atmosphere factors,and puts forward the principles and suggestions for cultivating college students' cultural self-confidence in the new media environment.
