Transformation Of Art Basic Knowledge And Basic Skills Education In Primary Schools In Core Literacy Era

China’s fine arts education reform has entered The Core Literacy Era. Under the background of this era,Basic Konwladge And Basic Skill Education in primary school fall into the "routine" and "past correction" coexistence of embarrassment. The confrontation between Aesthetic Education and Technical Ability from the beginning of the curriculum reform has never stopped. The causes of this situation can be analyzed from two points:The first, because of the uneven distribution of educational resources in our country, In many remote mountainous areas, the primary school art education can not meet the needs of the development of Core Literacy from both the teachers and the teaching materials.
