The concept of core literacy has aroused a lot of attention and discussion since it entered our country.After the research results of the "Chinese Student Development Core Literacy" project group announced in 2016,theoretical and practical research around core literacy has emerged one after another.In January 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the "General High School Curriculum Program and Chinese and Other Subject Curriculum Standards(2017Edition)".The development of core literacy is regarded as one of the high school training goals,which shows It has become an inevitable trend to promote the core literacy research focus from theory to practice.To truly integrate core literacy into school education,it is necessary to rely on the curriculum as the main carrier of school education.The new curriculum structure around the development of core literacy has become an important way to deepen the curriculum reform of basic education.Based on the perspective of core literacy,this study reviews the current curriculum structure of basic education in China,tries to find out the educational value orientation implied in the curriculum structure,and analyzes the limitations of the development of core literacy.On this basis,this research attempts to construct the value orientation of education under the vision of core literacy,and build a new basic education curriculum structure under its guidance.This research consists of four parts.First of all,this research attempts to analyze the value orientation of the current basic education curriculum structure in China from the perspective of core literacy.Before analyzing the current basic education curriculum structure,it is necessary to understand the general trend of the basic education curriculum structure evolution.Therefore,the first part of this research mainly reviews the development process and trend of the basic education curriculum structure in China since the founding of the People's Republic of my country,and found that China's basic education since the founding of the People's Republic of China.The curriculum structure is becoming more complete and diversified,and the ontological value orientation of education is gradually becoming prominent in the curriculum structure.In the future,the curriculum structure of basic education will continue to change around core literacy education.Secondly,the second part of this research analyzes current basic education curriculum structure from three levels: macro,meso,and micro.Through macro-level analysis,it is found that the proportion of the number of hours of national courses,subject courses,and sub-course courses occupies an advantage in the overall structure of the curriculum,and has the upper hand in the relationship between different courses.Analysis of the curriculum structure of the middle school revealed that instrumental subjects such as language and mathematics occupy an advantageous position in the subject curriculum,and the links between different subjects are not close enough.At the micro-curriculum structure level,the general high school curriculum standards and partial editions Take the elementary school Chinese textbook as an example,analyze the curriculum objectives in the curriculum standards,the basis of curriculum structure design and the text topics in the textbooks,and find that the curriculum objectives simultaneously reflect the curriculum's knowledge orientation,social orientation and learner orientation,among which social orientation Still occupying a dominant position,reflecting the tendency towards educational instrumental value.In addition,the design basis of curriculum structure mainly includes national policies,core literacy development requirements,discipline rules,learning rules and student needs,and curriculum reform trends,showing a diversified value orientation.Finally,among the core literacy in the three major areas,the core literacy in the field of social participation is most reflected in the text themes in the Ministry-edited elementary school Chinese textbooks,and the core literacy in the field of independent development is the least.The textbook compilation generally presents an educational tool.value orientation.Thirdly,the third part of this research mainly analyzes the progressiveness of current basic education curriculum structure and the finiteness that still exists at the level of value orientation under the requirements of the development of core literacy,and conducts an attribution analysis of the finiteness.At the macro level,the curriculum types in the basic education curriculum structure in our country present completeness;at the meso level,there are connecting points between subjects in similar fields;at the micro level,the latest curriculum structure design basis presents a diversified educational value orientation.However,in terms of the latest educational needs for the development of core literacy,the current basic education curriculum structure still has limitations.First,it is difficult to highlight practical application under the disciplinary orientation,which is not conducive to the cultivation of practical core literacy;second,it is difficult to reflect the integration of disciplines under the disciplinary orientation,which violates the interdisciplinary nature of the core literacy itself;third,the society It is easy to conceal personal value under the dominance of orientation;fourth,it is difficult to show the value of the subject under the dominance of knowledge orientation;and fifth,it is difficult to promote the implementation of core literacy in the conflict of levels.According to the abovementioned limitation,the attribution analysis found that there are four main reasons.First,the traditional concept of emphasizing educational instrumental value is stubborn;second,new educational concepts must be implemented in practice,and follow-up of practice itself has a lag;third,the negative effects of the education evaluation system in the basic education stage are still relatively obvious.;fourth,the current curriculum implementation conditions are limited,and the environment and conditions for implementing diversified curriculum are not yet perfect.First,try to point out the value orientation of our country's basic education curriculum structure under the core literacy at the educational value level and the curriculum concept level respectively.At the level of educational value,it promotes the organic unity of the ontological value and instrumental value of education,and highlights the development value of individual subjectivity under the face of the object value;at the level of curriculum concept,it promotes the curriculum from subject knowledge-based to core literacy development-based.Secondly,try to point out the direction and thinking of the basic education curriculum reconstruction based on the development of core literacy under the expected value orientation.
