The Cultivation Of Innovative Talents In Higher Vocational Colleges Based On The Perspective Of Ecological Thinking

Along with the world multi polarization and economic globalization, Today, China is in a major transformation and adjustment period, our country actively building an innovation oriented country, lies in the innovative talents; vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization, and points out the new target and direction for the development of higher vocational education. Ecological thinking is the ecological concept to promote the innovative development of higher vocational education and a new way of thinking, can reflect the full range of ecological concern, the establishment of innovative talents in Higher Vocational harmonious ecological value orientation, promote ecological development of innovative talents.In this paper, from the point of view of the ecology of education, for the ecological development of innovative talents in higher vocational education, the use of the characteristics of ecological thinking of,first, to think about education and ecological factors and ecosystem relevance to open ecological thought concept, grasp the innovative education in Higher Vocational Colleges and the relationship between the mode of thinking; second, to the concept of the overall ecological thinking to look at the harmonious development of eco innovative education system in Higher Vocational Colleges and the society, the enterprise ecosystem, the cultivation of ecological concept to innovative talents.First, According to the innovative talents in higher vocational training present situation analysis,the ecological thinking of the integrity, relevance, open and harmonious characteristics. Under the visual field of ecological thinking of innovative talents cultivation of theoretical analysis, grasp the relationship between higher vocational education innovation and society, enterprise ecosystem system,promote ecological development of innovative talents in higher vocational education.Second, based on the ecological perspective to grasp and to investigate the higher vocational innovative personnel training, innovation education under ecological system were analyzed, focusing on enhancing the quality of higher vocational education innovation, sorting out the impact on the innovation education of ecological education resources, coordination between good education ecological system and internal ecological factors and external ecological environment interaction andcoupling.Third, with the concept of ecological thinking using on the cultivation of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges, the theoretical analysis of ecological circle of innovative talents, school enterprise cooperation ecosystem, ecology of higher vocational technical education faculty, ecology of classroom teaching, promote the benign cycle of ecological system of innovative talents, based on feasibility and strategy from the perspective of ecological thinking of higher vocational innovative personnel training.Through on innovative talents of the higher vocational training between the factors of ecological system in the process of development are in a comprehensive and integrated analysis, the ecological theory as a guide, the combination of ecological thinking and Innovating Higher Vocational Education idea, improving the teaching method of the ecological, the optimization idea of ecological education,ecological teaching and ecological classroom, to promote the ecological development of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges.
