Problems And Countermeasures Of Innovative Talent Cultivation In Higher Vocational Colleges

Innovation is the inexhaustible motive force for the development of the times.Cultivating innovative talents is an important mission entrusted to higher vocational education in the new era.Starting from the requirements of the times and the current situation of personnel training in Vocational colleges,this study focuses on the central issue of "cultivating innovative talents in Higher Vocational colleges".According to what is innovative talents in Higher Vocational colleges,why should higher vocational colleges cultivate innovative talents?Talents of type-the current situation and influencing factors of cultivating innovative talents in Higher Vocational colleges-combined with the construction of a tourist-creating campus in a higher vocational college in Nanjing,this paper summarizes the logical thinking of how to cultivate innovative talents in Higher Vocational colleges,which is gradually deepened from theory to practice,and then gradually elaborated from the idea of practice regression theory.Based on the competency-based education theory and constructive learning theory,this study clarifies the necessity of cultivating innovative talents in Higher Vocational colleges,and demonstrates the feasibility of cultivating innovative talents in Higher Vocational colleges.Innovative ability has become one of the basic requirements for talents in the new era.The goal of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges is closely related to the market demand,and talent cultivation is based on post ability.As an integral part of higher education,higher vocational education undertakes a different mission from degree education,and puts forward higher requirements for the training of practical talents.Starting from the current situation of cultivating innovative talents in Higher Vocational colleges,this paper takes policy support,current measures and existing problems as the breakthrough point,analyses the three influencing factors of education and teaching concept,education and teaching methods,and guarantee system,draws lessons from the successful practices of foreign innovative talents cultivation,and takes the pioneer case of a higher vocational College in Nanjing as an example,puts forward the cultivation of Higher Vocational colleges.The main countermeasures for cultivating innovative talents.This paper puts forward feasible countermeasures for cultivating innovative talents in Higher Vocational Colleges from three aspects:educational concept,training approach and construction of security system.Among them,the establishment of new educational concepts includes the management concepts of Higher Vocational colleges,the education concepts of teachers,and the renewal of students'learning concepts.The way of training refers to the transformation of talent training mode and the construction of curriculum system in Higher Vocational colleges.The construction of the security system is based on the platform construction,with the construction of teachers as the content,and with the support of policy making.Innovation of educational concept,innovation of training ways and renewal of safeguard system are all in one.They are geared to the cultivation of innovative talents in Higher Vocational colleges.It is hoped that such research results will contribute to the practice of innovative talents cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges in the new era,with innovative talents cultivation as a breakthrough,so that the training quality of higher vocational education can go up to a new level.
