Criticalthinking is a senior thinking mode which teaches people how to thinking and solveproblem effectively. It encourages people to look at the problem with suspicion, thenfound the problem. Critical thinking is the key of innovation talents to innovate, andis the first thinking paradigm of innovation talents. To a large extent, the cultivationof critical thinking is benefit to the improvement of innovation capability. Therefore,training students’ critical thinking should become an important part in the educationof our innovative talents.In view of this, this paper studies innovative talents oriented critical thinkingcultivation, based on the innovative talents in our country, and critical thinkingoriented and goal, through the understanding of the innovative talents cultivation inour country at present the challenges faced by, further analysis the fact that criticalthinking is necessary to innovative talents.
