Research On The Problems Of Ideological And Political Education Process Based On The Theory Of Human Nature

The process of ideological and political education is an important part of ideological and political education activities. Whether the process of ideological and political education can go smoothly is directly related to the results of ideological and political education. At present, there is a tend that the ideological and political education emphasize on the result of the ideological and political education but ignore the specific process of ideological and political education. In the process of ideological and political education, the educators lack of the respect and humanistic care that educatees they deserve, so to a certain extent lead to the unsatisfactory effect of ideological and political education.This study is based on the purpose of improving the effect of ideological and political education and strengthen the construction of ideological and political education. In the process of its construction, it emphasizes on caring and respecting people and adheres to the human-oriented development theory. Moreover, using Marxist human nature theory as the instruction try to solve practical problems existing in the current ideological and political education practice in order to improve the actual effect of ideological and political education, and promote the construction of ideological and political education.This article is divided into five parts, and the first part is the introduction. And it mainly narrates the selected topic background, research purpose and meaning, research status at home and abroad, subject innovation points and research methods, etc.The second part mainly introduces the meaning, feature and object of ideological and political education process in order to emphasize the status of ideological and political education process and stress the significance of ideological and political education process.The third part is that mainly discuss the human nature and humanistic education including the ancient and modern general provisions for human nature. From the perspective of horizontal, using Chinese and western Marxist human nature theory comb and analyze the human nature views and put forward their views. Ideological and political educators should insist on Marxist theory of human nature and put forward the guiding ideology of the political education practice, and analyze human nature theory enlightenment to the current education.The fourth part mainly introduces the current ideological and political education in the process of education. Around the educatees from three aspects this paper describes the full process of the current ideological and political education the main performance of the lack of humanization. And from the subjective need and objective conditions of traditional education three aspects to analyze reasons. Under the guidance of Marxist theory of human nature, combining Chinese and western theory of human nature under the organic connection with the process of ideological and political education, points out that the process of ideological and political education humanized theoretical basis and practical basis.The fifth part analyzes the present situation of the problem, and under the guidance of Marxist theory of human nature, it proposes feasible suggestions to construct the humanization of ideological and political education process.
