The Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Creative City Construction Of Chengdu

Under the background of globalization, the era of creative economy that based on knowledge economy is coming, and creative industries play a more important role in the economic structure. As the city is the center and carrier of economic development,with the rise of the creative industries, the city’s economic structure has changed greatly, the urban has gradually got rid of the traditional industrial model, and seeks the sustainable development model, and then the creative city came into being. The creative city can effectively solve the problems in the process of urban industrialization, such as traffic congestion, environmental pollution, waste of resources, and then achieve the sustainable development of the city. At the same time, the creative city has a important impact on the spatial layout of urban, including promoting the formation of the urban creative industry cluster, integrating the basic resources of urban space, and realizing the mix use of urban land. Many cities at home and abroad have actively explored the development pattern of creative city. This paper selects Chengdu city as the research object, on the one hand, conform to the development direction of Chengdu to create "cultural and creative benchmark city"; on the other hand, it can provide some theoretical support for the creative city construction of Chengdu.The main contents of this paper include eight parts.The first part is the introduction, which mainly describes the background of the research. The second part is literature review,which mainly sorts out the existing research results, and then expounds and evaluates the theoretical research about the creative city; at the same time,this part analyzes the rationality of the evaluation criteria system of creativity index proposed by Zhang Kejing,which lays the theoretical foundation for the article. The third part is the research design, which mainly describes the research goal, the significance, the mentality and so on.The fourth part analyzes the present situation of the creative city development of Chengdu by using the evaluation criteria system of creativity index, and mainly around six aspects, including human capital, technical capital, economic capital, cultural capital, social capital, system capital. The fifth part is a comparative study, this part analyzes the present situation of the creative city development of Beijing,Shanghai,Chongqing by using the evaluation criteria system of creativity index, and then make comparative study with Chengdu. The sixth part analyzes the advantage conditions and problems existing in the construction of creative city of Chengdu from the human capital, technical capital, economic capital, cultural capital, social capital, system capital.The seventh part puts forward practical advice to the construction of creative city of Chengdu.The seventh part is the conclusion and outlook, it makes a summary about the full text, and then points out the shortcomings of the article.
