In recent years, as the development of computer technology, the Internet is gradually penetrating and affecting all sectors. Since Prime Minister Li Keqiang has put forward the "Internet +" action plan, the Internet industry sets off a n ew wave. The so-called "Internet +" is the Internet + various traditional industries, but its results are not just the simple sum of the two; it is the traditional industries that has created new value through the Internet platform. From the initial distan ce education network, the Internet has begun to have an impact on the revolution of the knowledge-sharing and learning styles; "Internet + traditional education" have formed the online education. Online education market covers all ages, all walks of u sers; of which K12 Education is an important part.(K12 is kindergarten through twelfth grade, it refers to elementary j uniorand high school education, namely the basic education). K12 education has a solid base for users in China; but with the popularity of digital products, more and more parents and teachers have recognized the convenience of online learning and tutoring; meanwhile,K12 online education products are blessed with broad market prospects.The current project comes from Founder Huiyun intelligent item bank and diagnostic systems of Beijing Founder Electronics Co. Ltd. Moreover, Founder Huiyun intelligent item bank and diagnostic systems develop a combination of the intelligent item bank and information platform, which solves the students’ question s in learning and the teachers’ problems in tutoring; meanwhile, it is a perfect solution for schools. When it comes to the previous version of Founder Huiyun intelligent item bank and diagnostic system, although it can meet the the basic functional needs for users, the product design has no obvious function orientation, duplication of functions and other issues. Therefore, Founder Huiyun intelligent item bank and diagnostic system is redesigned based on the previous system.The project will introduce the concept of psychological research to the K12 online education products, analyze the K12 users, namely the psychological and physiological characteristics of basic and secondary students, and divide the targeted users through user researches. With object-oriented design method, the final product design project will be obtained through creating the final definition of a design tool to define the final document and making it as a basis to define the design framework and refinement.
